Getting the handle of it, but it does a good job, and makes a considerable difference on my floors. I also appreciate that I can just use water and that it doesn't use much of that either. I can clean my kitchen and dining room on about 16 oz of water.

This is the best household machine for cleaning that I have ever purchased. It really cleans our porcelain tiles wonderfully. I also appreciate the length of the electrical cord at 22 ft or so. Other machine has only 15. It uses the water very effectively even on high so you don't have to be filling up the distilled water all the time. It is very easy to manuever - the spinning discs makes it easier and you can get into most corners easily. I am so glad that I purchased it!

I'm still waiting for the missing screw that should have been provided with my cleaner I cannot even use this and very ready to throw it in trash! At this point very dissatisfied with your company and product and will express this to many people I know I will never buy another product of yours again.

The SpinWave is amazing and works well on floors. We have pets and it helps clean the floors of dirt, dust and any wet messes. Obviously sweep before use. Easy to use. Gets hot quick! Great for large area and small areas of flooring. Buy extra pads … you’ll want to use it everywhere!

Minimal water produced. I had paint splatter on my floor that had been there for 2 years and I gave up trying to get it off. Mopped over it 3 times with this and it was gone! Love the minimal effort it takes to clean with this mop. Great results!

I really like this product. It cleans my floors better than a regular steam mop. it is easy to use and the heads can be cleaned in my washing machine.

I bought this because we needed something to get our tile really clean. After using it the tile looked much better. The steam Really Made a big difference over our regular spin mop. They are both really good. Now we use the spin mop on the hardwood and the steam on the tile.

It's very satisfying to use this product. I was able to scrub my kitchen floors off old grime that just got embedded in to the tiles from years of use and would not come off with regular washing. For that I had to use pink paste though, I would just drop blobs on the floor here and there and go over them with the rotating steamer which would spread and scrub over the tiles. It was very satisfying to see grey dirt come off. It would be very unbearable to do this with my hands. After that I had to wipe the loosened dirty scam, I used Bissel crossway for that, but I suppose that clean pads on the rotating steamer would work as well. Now I just use plain steam to upkeep the tile,and it does great scrubbing. It quietly huffs and puffs over the floors. I actually like it more than Bissell Cross wave, which doesn't do such a deep cleaning. Neither rotating steamer nor cross wave wash grout lines, I am yet to find the best and fastest way for those. I am happy with the purchase, and recommend it.

This product is incredible. The detachable tank makes it very easy to fill. It is a powerful cleaning device that gets the job done quickly. I love that you can just toss the pads into the washing machine when you're finished. Watch out for the terry cloth edges on the pads that it comes with though because I immediately snagged a thread on one of the pads - but that's because it was *so good* at getting in-between the baseboard it came into contact with. The spinning power really gets the dirt up, and you can easily switch from wood to tile mode with the push of a button. The temperature auto adjusts based on which floor mode you use.
