this is impossible to guide without going against where it wants to go, risking ruining the entire thing just by trying to gently manuever it. it gets very hot which i like but its very confusing how/what to press to change the mode because it just does what it wants. the only thing i like is how easy the pads are to remove and put back on. if this wasnt a gift from my husband, i would return immediately but i like him so here we are just leaving a review 😛

It’s very satisfying to use this product. I was able to scrub my kitchen floors off old grime that just got embedded in to the tiles from years of use and would not come off with regular washing. For that I had to use pink paste though, I would just drop blobs on the floor here and there and go over them with the rotating steamer which would spread and scrub over the tiles. It was very satisfying to see grey dirt come off. It would be very unbearable to do this with my hands. After that I had to wipe the loosened dirty scam, I used Bissel crossway for that, but I suppose that clean pads on the rotating steamer would work as well. Now I just use plain steam to upkeep the tile,and it does great scrubbing. It quietly huffs and puffs over the floors. I actually like it more than Bissell Cross wave, which doesn’t do such a deep cleaning. Neither rotating steamer nor cross wave wash grout lines, I am yet to find the best and fastest way for those. I am happy with the purchase, and recommend it.

This is my second Spin Wave mop. The first one I had for over 5 years. I have a really bad back, and traditional mopping is just impossible for me. I love these because they take off on their own, you just guide them - no pushing them back and forth and bending constantly like an old-school mop. The tank holds enough water for me to steam my kitchen, pantry, and living room without a refill. These are just GREAT products.

When my Shark died after about two years of use I was going to buy another but then I say this and liked it better because it had a removable water reservoir. After the very easy and quick assembly I tried it out and found it to be much better than the Shark unit I had, it has a heavier lower end which seems to make it clean and be more controllable than the Shark. The Shark was good but I think this Bissel is better.

This might be the best cleaning tool available! It is easy to use, lightweight and boy does it clean!! I can’t wait to continue to use it- I’m what some may call a clean freak- this checks every box for me. Now- I can’t wait to take it to my classroom and do the floors there!

Well, I needed a new mob.This one is slightly frustrating. The bottom is constantly falling off, and when you take the mop heads off to wash, they don't come clean, they stay a dirty dingy brown, no matter how many times I wash them. Not entirely sure how clean it actually gets my floor I was hoping with the spinning motion that it would do a better job than just the plane steam mop that I had before, but honestly, it probably does about a half job just like the previous steam mop I had. While using it, it seems to have a mind of its own.And it's harder to guide.

I have Fibromyalgia and two types of arthritis. This machine is a miracle for me. It is the easiest one I have ever used. It guides itself, I just have to basically barely touch the handle. I have pain every day, and this is best thing. I love it!!!!

This product is incredible. The detachable tank makes it very easy to fill. It is a powerful cleaning device that gets the job done quickly. I love that you can just toss the pads into the washing machine when you're finished. Watch out for the terry cloth edges on the pads that it comes with though because I immediately snagged a thread on one of the pads - but that's because it was *so good* at getting in-between the baseboard it came into contact with. The spinning power really gets the dirt up, and you can easily switch from wood to tile mode with the push of a button. The temperature auto adjusts based on which floor mode you use.

I had been using a Shark steamer for a few years. The 3 I purchased continued to stop working after about a year. Bissell has been around forever so I decided to try it. This Bissell SpinWave SmartSteam works so much better in all ways. It's so easy to %26 convenient to use!

I like the concept and the ease of use but it needs a bigger motor and a higher RP. M. It would be perfect for small to average size areas in a home, but I bought it to do a large connect room in a church. We're drinks and donuts are served. It is also a textured epoxy floor with many crevasses. It does not get down into those. It Is also very slow. I Would like to see Bissel make one with a larger motor and a higher rotation And create some more aggressive scrub pads for textured , high traffic floors. the water tank would also need to be a little bit bigger and the water hotter.
