Nice, easy, and thorough steam cleaning and spin mop for my tile, wood, and linoleum floors. Getting the extra pads for different purposes are ideal.

Great cleaner! It's much heavier than counter part, but that's good. Hugs the floor. Steamer works with 2 levels very well. It's a little pricey, but I feel it's worth it. Goes a long way on a little tank of water.

This was a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and says it cleans the tile floors very well. I might order one for myself

Sanitizing mop cleans thoroughly and is easy to operate. Pads washed thoroughly in my washing machine.

I had to return it, after doing almost half of the kitchen it stopped working. Did everything the directions recommended and it still couldn’t finish the job. It was a disappointment

It quit working after 20 minutes. I turned it off and unplugged it and start again. Again, nothing. I finally took it back to Sam’s and got a refund. Very frustrating!

I absolutely love this steamer. It does a fantastic job on cleaning. My tile looks clean, but it is porous, so it holds the dirt and this steamer really cleans it.

So low powered, it’s like using an Easy Bake oven to cook (for those that remember what that is.) Took 30 minutes to kind of clean 6 square feet of tile. Returning it.
