I really like this item. I use in a tile floor that my dog pees on at night. He's getting old and also pulls off his diaper. By the time we get up the pee has dried. The Bissel does a great job getting it up. Just be sure to wash the pads immediately or you want like the smell on the next use.

This is so fun to use and my floors look great! I've only used it once so far but it's so easy to use and since it's actually fun to handle my floors are going to be a lot cleaner! I love this thing! The temp does get high but Google said that was normal.

This is the best household machine for cleaning that I have ever purchased. It really cleans our porcelain tiles wonderfully. I also appreciate the length of the electrical cord at 22 ft or so. Other machine has only 15. It uses the water very effectively even on high so you don't have to be filling up the distilled water all the time. It is very easy to manuever - the spinning discs makes it easier and you can get into most corners easily. I am so glad that I purchased it!

I have a toddler and he crawls and has started walking too, it's soo easy to clean after him. I vacuum and then do the moping. It sanitise the whole house. Love it. Totally recommend if you have a toddler. Also i love using it on my floor tiles and wooden floors. I even use it in my wooden stairs.

This worked great, from corner to corner! The two pads on the bottom came off easily and washed very well in the washing machine and were easy to put back on after they dried. One tankful of distilled water covered a large area, and I used “steam” most of the time. It cleaned linoleum floors well.

Got the steam mop on sale and it has worked very well so far on my ceramic tile floors. I still mop with a cleaning solution and then go back over my floors with the steam mop. I have 3 dogs running in and out with the grandkids, so I need to deep clean. I recommended the steam mop to my daughter and she is pleased as well. I do recommend waiting for the mop to go on sale as I would not have paid full price.

Very good product and pleased how it works well on my hardwood floors. Easily put together. Pack a lot of patience when using. You must take your time and work slowly in sections. It is not a mop or vacuum, you need to allow it to do its work. Gave 4 stars because on the box it show a total of 4 pads and I only have two which came on the machine. Also would not recommend putting in washer to clean pads as they have a permanent fixed part in center attached, which is for where the steam comes through the center. The good part it goes on precisely in center, the con is I will need to wash by hand as to not damage it. Would have been nice to have spare pads as shown on box. However does an excellent job. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

this steam mop works well on my hardwood floors. it left them looking clean and feeling clean when you walk on them. there was no leakage. it heated quickly. eaay to use. my only issue with it is that it is a heavier than I expected. I was able to find extra pads on the Walmart web site. it also worked well on my tile bathroom floors.

Works well. I have the cordless spinwave for like a year and then it broke so figured I'd try the steam model. It works fine. I definitely do not like the cords for this type of cleaning, but the high powered steam capability makes sense for corded. I don't like that you cannot put formula in it for a fresh clean smell afterwards

This is the second Bissell spinwave steam mop I have purchased. The first mop I returned after plastic part the connects the mop pad broke off. I've had this second mop for less than 3 months. The handle has snapped and the mop is no longer working. Great idea for a mop but these mops are poorly made and not worth the price. We only used this mop once a week.
