This worked great, from corner to corner! The two pads on the bottom came off easily and washed very well in the washing machine and were easy to put back on after they dried. One tankful of distilled water covered a large area, and I used “steam” most of the time. It cleaned linoleum floors well.

Got the steam mop on sale and it has worked very well so far on my ceramic tile floors. I still mop with a cleaning solution and then go back over my floors with the steam mop. I have 3 dogs running in and out with the grandkids, so I need to deep clean. I recommended the steam mop to my daughter and she is pleased as well. I do recommend waiting for the mop to go on sale as I would not have paid full price.

This is the best household machine for cleaning that I have ever purchased. It really cleans our porcelain tiles wonderfully. I also appreciate the length of the electrical cord at 22 ft or so. Other machine has only 15. It uses the water very effectively even on high so you don't have to be filling up the distilled water all the time. It is very easy to manuever - the spinning discs makes it easier and you can get into most corners easily. I am so glad that I purchased it!

I really like this product. It cleans my floors better than a regular steam mop. it is easy to use and the heads can be cleaned in my washing machine.

Minimal water produced. I had paint splatter on my floor that had been there for 2 years and I gave up trying to get it off. Mopped over it 3 times with this and it was gone! Love the minimal effort it takes to clean with this mop. Great results!

I bought this because we needed something to get our tile really clean. After using it the tile looked much better. The steam Really Made a big difference over our regular spin mop. They are both really good. Now we use the spin mop on the hardwood and the steam on the tile.

Works well. I have the cordless spinwave for like a year and then it broke so figured I’d try the steam model. It works fine. I definitely do not like the cords for this type of cleaning, but the high powered steam capability makes sense for corded. I don’t like that you cannot put formula in it for a fresh clean smell afterwards

this steam mop works well on my hardwood floors. it left them looking clean and feeling clean when you walk on them. there was no leakage. it heated quickly. eaay to use. my only issue with it is that it is a heavier than I expected. I was able to find extra pads on the Walmart web site. it also worked well on my tile bathroom floors.

This is the second Bissell spinwave steam mop I have purchased. The first mop I returned after plastic part the connects the mop pad broke off. I’ve had this second mop for less than 3 months. The handle has snapped and the mop is no longer working. Great idea for a mop but these mops are poorly made and not worth the price. We only used this mop once a week.

I’m still waiting for the missing screw that should have been provided with my cleaner I cannot even use this and very ready to throw it in trash! At this point very dissatisfied with your company and product and will express this to many people I know I will never buy another product of yours again.
