I also used it on my tile and hardwood floors to clean up muddy paw prints. The Spin mop did a great job on both messes and both floor types. The mop felt like it did the work for me. The spinning pads pulled the machine so I had to put little effort in getting the job done. Some pros and cons to the spin mop. Let's start with the pros: the mop basically pulls itself and little effort is required. I love that it stand up on its own so I don't have to prop it up on my walls when stopping between my cleaning. The sanitizing steam heats quickly and ready to get busy. I really only have one con and that would be the struggle with trying to fill the water reservoir. The spot to add the water is super tiny and with trying to pour the distilled water from a jug into such a small hole without spilling was next to impossible. The next time I had to fill it I used a small cup with a pour spout which helped some but still not an easy process. Alll and all I think the scrubbing and sanitizing spin mop is a nice and fun and thorough way to get my floors squeaky clean. In all honesty I would probably still stick with my regular steam mop for my normal cleaning and will probably use the scrubbing sanitizing spin mop when I do more deep cleaning. I just feel like I can get quicker results with my steamer but I feel like the spin pads may do a deeper type of cleaning. I would recommend this product especially for homes with a lot bare flooring.

I have hardwood floors in my house and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. I vacuumed first and then used the steamer. My floors were pristine! I haven't seen them as shiny since I first moved in. I also like that it sanitizes as I have pets who like to scoot their bootys on the floor. Also, it's pretty quiet so it doesn't bother the animals.

I received a sample of it to try and exchange for my honest review, and boy did it below my expectations out of the water. I have an all hardwood floor house so mopping has always been a big part of my weekly chores. I've tried so many different things on them, and I always find it such a chore every time. I also never feel like they're very clean after using dirty water over and over again on them. This spin mop is exactly what I've been wanting. First of all it is almost silent. It is so quiet. I am easily able to listen to a movie or my phone while I am mopping. It has a really long cord so plenty of room to get a lot of mopping done before needing to switch an outlet. I love that it steams the floor so I know it's getting sanitized and clean, and it takes almost no effort to move around because these spinning heads move them up itself. It takes literally almost no effort to want my floors now. Now. And I know they are getting clean because of how dirty the pads get. I've also gotten the pads really dirty and machine wash them twice and both times they came out sparkling clean. I love that it's not in micro fiber ahead, so it doesn't get trapped with dirt and debris and never come out. This is a rough textured towel material with scrubbing parts. It does a fantastic job of cleaning my floors but also being gentle on them. I cannot recommend this product enough.

We desperately needed a good steam cleaning system, so when I had the opportunity to try Bissell's SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I was beyond thrilled. The name just says it all, and it does exactly what it says! It's surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to move around the floors, and it can easily be maneuvered into smaller spaces as well. I was shocked when I saw the two mop pads after the first use. When I tell you they were black - omg! I knew our floors needed a deep cleaning, but I had no idea that they were in that bad of shape. I'm so happy to have this amazing steam mop because we needed it more desperately than I'd ever imagined, and it absolutely gets the job done. It comes with two additional mop heads so you can keep cleaning even while the other two are in the wash! Also, even though they were completely black after the first steam mop, they washed up nicely! They came out of the washer looking totally new and white again, and they're also safe to pop in the dryer. I love the convenience, and I love this steam mop! My only concern is why didn't I have something like this sooner?! It's a must have for hardwood, concrete or any floors besides carpet, and I'll never be without a spin mop from Boswell again. I've used Bissell products in the past, but never have I been this blown away with any of their products I'd tried before. This gives me a whole new perspective and appreciation of the brand, and I am now a huge fan for life! I also love what they do for animals through the Bissell Pet Foundation, and the Empty The Shelters program. The two rotating pads put this way over the power of other steam mops. You have to hold on to this, because it will GO! It cleans hard! I really love that it stands up by itself as well when you have to "park" it. The tank is a good size as well.

I like it but I don't and I've had several BISSELL steam mops. It cleans well that I love. But the cord I gotta pick it up with one hand and the mop on the other . Annoying

Used it on hardwood floors and on tile. I was expecting it to leave a lot of water behind when using it but evaporated by the time I made another pass. Easy swivel head to move around corners and the room. Doesn't pull you around the room. Just got a puppy so using it a lot cleaning up after messes to get the smell out.
