I love that all you need is water (you can purchase Bissel solution with a scent if you want). With 3 small kids it was so nice to know that with water and the high temperature steam, my floors were getting sanitized within seconds. It's light weight and easy to use. I love that the mop pads can be cleaned in the washer. The water tank is decently sized to where I could clean my floor without having to fill half way. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone with tile, hard wood floors.

When you're finished cleaning, just remove the two pads from the steamer and toss them into the washer or hand wash them. I love my new steamer!

We have concrete flooring that is a pain in the butt to clean and this mop made it so much easier! And it was so quick compared to your traditional mop. I've been telling all my friends and family they need to invest in one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Bissell for letting me try this in return for my honest opinion. I have used this several times of the past couple of weeks. I currently have a small child. 2 cats and 2 dogs in my home. I have lvp hardwood flooring. This worked great on my floors left no streaks. No damage. I was able to get up different things, such as crayon on the floor. I was also able to get up a dried pet accident that was hidden behind my couch with just a few swipes. It's very easy to use it does take just a minute to heat up before using. I did wash the pads a couple of times and laid them out flat to dry, I did notice after the second wash, there were a few strings on each pad that needed to be cut off. Some of the things that I did love about. It was that it has a light on the front, whicg makes it easy if you're not in a well-lit room or need to be in a room where it's dark, you can still see what you need to get up. It's not loud, it's really quiet, which is great for us parents when you need to clean up a mess and your child is asleep and you don't want to wake them. I do wish that it came with a base to set it on and that it stood up better on its on. I also love the fact that this has sanitize option. I would highly recommend this for any home. Especially those homes with small children and pets. This is a great for clean ups and I love that pad's are removable and washeable, and you don't have to use any harsh chemicals, it's just water.

I have had nothing but problems with this machine from day 1. It leaks constantly and abruptly stops working. I watched all the troubleshooting videos and nothing has resolved this issue. I believe this was defective out of the box. I do not recommend this product at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor scrubber worked very well on our floors, especially in the high traffic areas. We have two dogs and two children, three if you count my husband. The only thing that would get me to give it a five star rating would be if the pads were either more absorbent after cleaning and/or if they dried faster. But you do get two sets of pads so it could be worse if there was only one. Otherwise it's a very good product.

I have several pets and it seems the steam mop made quick work of built up grime on the floor that a regular swiffer could not get off. The spinning action can be a little clumsy if it catches the wall or an uneven floor, taking two hands to regain control of. The awkwardness is not dangerous, just odd when you see the mop shift 6 inches away all of the sudden. I would recommend purchasing this product for those with pets or who have hard surfaces that regularly build up dirt and grime.

Spinning pads make it easy to push and as someone with a bad back I am very pleased with this! Pads were very easy to remove for cleaning! Love that the mop didn't leave my floors sopping wet like other mop systems I've used before! The Spinewave uses minimum water and dries quickly because of the steam! Would definitely recommend this mop!

The steam cleaning coupled with the two large spinning mops allows for even a large living room floor to be cleaned quickly and well. The mop head assembly turns easily as it cover the floor. Without doubt the steam and mop combination together clean floors without added soaps or chemicals. The generous chord allows for uninterrupted use. The onboard water reservoir is detachable and easy to fill. I have used other cleaner's in my home and this one provided to me to try has impressed and I wish I had tried it earlier. Advantages include easy use, no chemicals just steam and robust design. A very nice design that also allows easy storage as it stands up and can be put in the corner or closet.
