[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell SpinWave® SmartSteam™ Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop to review. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to use. It heated up quickly, came with extra pads so that you did not have to stop once the first set of pads were dirty, the light on the front was great when using it under cabinets and it basically glided itself around the house. It was easy to assemble and came with easy to follow directions. I just moved into a house with hardwood floors throughout the whole house so I felt that they needed a deep cleaning so this came just in time. I now feel that my house is thoroughly cleaned after the previous owners. There was little effort to clean a kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, hallway and an eat in kitchen area. All of the floors dried quickly with no streaking and making me feel my wood floors were clean without using very little water. I can not wait to try the Bissell on my tile bathrooms and shower.

We have 2 large dogs, a cat, and a 3 year old that thinks it's fun to squirt applesauce all over our hardwood floors and thought this would be a perfect solution to the endless scrubbing. Unfortunately after putting it together, adding the distilled water, and following the operating instructions multiple times, I have been unable to get this dang thing to work. I got a tiny puff of steam for a few seconds, then a repetitive buzzing sound, and then after about a minute the mop stopped and told me to add water despite the tank being nearly full and definitely clicked into place. This repeated a bunch of times and I just couldn't get it to work. Also I really wish it was wireless. It's self driving and swivels and the cord is so long (which is great and problematic) that it was easy to drop and or get wrapped up in. The one good thing I'll say though is that it pulls itself along very easily and doesn't require any scrubbing effort which was lovely, but its fairly heavy and I could see someone like my grandmother struggling with moving it around. This seems like a great product to the people who could get it to work, I'm guessing mine is just defective. Super bummed.

It cleaned my floors better than any other mop or cleaner I've ever used! And I love how out works on any hard surface, as we have tile and hardwood in our house. It's very easy to setup, and using it is a breeze! There are convenient clips on the back to wrap the cord around that also fold down when not in use. It stands upright by itself, so you don't need to lean it against a wall. Water chamber easily connects after refiling with water. It comes with 2 sets of 2 scrubbing pads so you will always have a set ready to go when the other is dirty. It's very slim and stores pretty much anywhere. I highly recommend!

I received my SpinWave and have used it a few times. I definitely would recommend this product and will still continue to use it faithfully. I have used other steam mops, but they haven't had the spin option to fully clean up my wood floors. It is compact and easy to use. It was a very simple assembly to get it going. This item does all of the hard work for you! I love the length of the cord also. Some other products have such a short cord, you have to move from plug to plug~ not the SpinWave! I can cover so much area with one plug! If I saw this online through Bissell, I would buy it! I am going to recommend to my friends and family that have wood and tile floors. The water lasts a long time in the receptacle. Thank you Bissell for offering another amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently gave this a try on my hardwood and vinyl floors, and it worked incredibly well! I absolutely love the vibrant blue color. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the tank size since it seemed small, but to my surprise, I was able to clean my entire house without running out of water. There are a couple of things I wasn't too thrilled about though, such as the limited access to the tank when the cord is wound up and the small water inlet hole. However, it's not a dealbreaker and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it.

It's great for those quick spills, messes, etc.... or even for when you want to clean your whole floor. It removes stains so is great if you have kids and also cleans up any dirty paw prints or animal messes.

I was surprised with the quality of steam sanitization provided by this amazing mop. I dnt need to get on my knees to scrub the floor clean. The water capacity of the mop is also impressive. You can easily steam mop 1 and a half room by filling the water tank once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wood floors throughout my house and they can get pretty grimy, so I was pretty excited to give this Bissell steam cleaner a try. Overall, it does clean, but not in a deep, cleaning sense, more of just a surface clean. I ran this steam cleaner through my living room, dining room and kitchen; all which are hard floors. While it did clean the floors a bit, I feel like I would still need to take a swiffer wet jet or a mop back over them to get them even cleaner. As far as whether or not, it was time, consuming or less time consuming, I would say it was a bit more time-consuming than just taking, say a wet swiffer and running it across the floor.
