[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scrubber cleans very well, I use this to mop the hardwood floors after vacuuming. It cleans the floor very well. It removes the stains and smell in one go. The pads are easy to wash too. However, the issue is, it has cord and it is not lightweight to carry around. It is light compared to lot other machines but not easy to carry around.

This spin mop is really neat and has made cleaning a little more enjoyable. It is built really well and is easy to use.I like how well it cleans using distilled water and I don't have to worry about any bad chemicals getting on my dogs paws. I have five little dogs, so my floor gets messy often. Using the Bissell gives my back a break. The spin mop moves effortlessly over the floor and turn really well. No more scrubbing on my knees and mopping all bent over. This does exactly what it says, sanitize. Using only distilled water and no chemicals that can harm my pets, this Spinwave cleans up the mess. With the steam sanitizing, I felt like my floors were clean even though I didn't get down and scrub them with a cleaning product. We desperately needed a good steam cleaning system, so when I had the opportunity to try Bissell's SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I was beyond thrilled. The name just says it all, and it does exactly what it says! It's surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to move around the floors, and it can easily be maneuvered into smaller spaces as well. I was shocked when I saw the two mop pads after the first use. When I tell you they were black - omg! I knew our floors needed a deep cleaning, but I had no idea that they were in that bad of shape. I'm so happy to have this amazing steam mop because we needed it more desperately than I'd ever imagined, and it absolutely gets the job done. It comes with two additional mop heads so you can keep cleaning even while the other two are in the wash! Also, even though they were completely black after the first steam mop, they washed up nicely! They came out of the washer looking totally new and white again, and they're also safe to pop in the dryer. I love the convenience, and I love this steam mop! My only concern is why didn't I have something like this sooner?! It's a must have for hardwood, concrete or any floors besides carpet, and I'll never be without a spin mop from Boswell again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a few weeks now and am overall very pleased with it. To start, it was very easy to assemble. Instructions are included with the mop in case you need guidance, but the mop was intuitive enough to assemble without the instructions. The product does require distilled water, so this is something you will need to have on hand to use the machine. I used both a scented option (Eucalyptus Mint) that I purchased online and regular distilled water during my several cleaning sessions. Once assembled, I was cleaning the floor in minutes. You do need to be careful as the water is heating up, as the rotating pads will have the tendency to take the machine away from you and across the floor. Keeping a firm hold on the mop as it heats up is key. I used the mop on many surfaces (hardwood floors, laminate floors, and tile) and it worked very well on each of the surfaces in my house. The mop is able to be flattened quite nicely to go under some shelving that I had in one of my rooms, and it has a nice rotation to get under most cabinet and similar type spaces. The pads clean easily in the sink by hand or the laundry, and you have an extra set of pads to use while one set is in the wash. I don't currently have pets, but I would recommend it to others looking for a safe and effective way to clean your floors whether or not you have pets.

I did receive it complimentary in exchange for my honest review. Right out of the box it was easy to assemble. On filling and starting the mop I found it moved across the floor seamlessly and could easily be used by almost anyone. I could control it with a finger. When my husband got home he exclaimed that the floors had never been so clean in all of the time we've lived here.

I have hardwood floors in my house and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. I vacuumed first and then used the steamer. My floors were pristine! I haven't seen them as shiny since I first moved in. I also like that it sanitizes as I have pets who like to scoot their bootys on the floor. Also, it's pretty quiet so it doesn't bother the animals.

It is also powerful enough to get so much grime (that I didn't even know I had!) off the floors! I used it on my tile areas and hardwood floors after sweeping and the floor felt so squeaky clean. The two spin heads make it easy to maneuver and fit into smaller spaces. I also love that it came with two sets of mop pads. Highly recommend adding it to your cleaning supplies!
