The only down side is the core, but im fine with it. I would give this 10/10 and a must have item if you want your house clean.

I have several pets and it seems the steam mop made quick work of built up grime on the floor that a regular swiffer could not get off. The spinning action can be a little clumsy if it catches the wall or an uneven floor, taking two hands to regain control of. The awkwardness is not dangerous, just odd when you see the mop shift 6 inches away all of the sudden. I would recommend purchasing this product for those with pets or who have hard surfaces that regularly build up dirt and grime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to assemble. Not heavy at all. So a goo product for all ages. Loved the long cord, so you don't have to replug. Easy to use after reading instructions. Cleaning on wood floors was awesome. Left my floors looking great. There wasn't a lot of wetness. No streaking at all. Floors dried fast. The way the mop spins it gets in cracks and up against moldings, cabinets, and appliances. Also used on my tile floors it seemed to clean great there also. Steam cleaning and sanitizing are wonderful. The spinning mop almost guides its self you just have to hold it. I love this mop compared to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tile floor in my kitchen and hallway is a bit uneven and hard to clean- I'm usually down on all fours, scrubbing away, tile by tile. Until today. Steam and sanitize- yes please! Straight out of the box I was worried it was going to be clunky and hard to maneuver. Man was I wrong. She floated like a cloud over my floors! Stains and dirts spots lifted up effortlessly saving me and my back over an hours work. A task that I used to dread and put off will now happily become part of my weekly routine to keep my house clean, and my family safe.

It helps to sanitize and rid of dust mites, etc. Steam cleaning is NOT recommended for hard wood floors (no matter what a manufacturer says) so I used it on my tiled floor. I received this as a promotion. A plus was that my floors were not wet or streaky after use. So if you are looking for a good floor steamer I would recommend this one. I like that it came with an extra set of spin pads to use in between washings. When I think of a floor cleaner of any sort, I am assuming that it will clean my floors. This does not clean, only steams/sanitizes. So for that reason, I would not recommend purchasing in hopes to clean your floors. All the other steps of sweeping/vacuuming, then mopping still have to be in place. So to add yet another machine, was way more time than I have to spend cleaning my floors. You can only use distilled water in the reservoir not tap which is an additional cost to running machine. It actually took more time for me to set it up and figure it out than to run it. Directions were minimal and a little confusing at first to work the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate enough to get the Spinwave scrubbing mop, and let me tell you, this is amazing. I used to clean my tile floors with a Hoover steam mop, and this beats that by a long shot. I love the Spinwave, especially its spinning motion, where I don't have to scrub hard at all. I just have to slowly move the machine back and forth to get all the dirt out. It was very easy to assemble and very easy to use. I used it slowly by moving up and down the floors, and it has worked wonders. This is now my new favorite for cleaning my floors. The Spin scrubbers really work and make the floor extra clean. I would definitely buy this product and would recommend it to my friends and family. I did get this product for free in exchange for writing the review; however, my decision of the review is purely honest because, trust me, I used to clean floors with another steam mop that didn't have the spin scrubber, and it didn't clean well. This Spinwave works so much better, and I cannot wait to use it all the time.

It is super easy to assemble and the instructions are clear and concise. Very light weight and basically glides across your floors. I love that it comes with a second set of mop pads so you can toss one set in the wash and continue on with your mopping. I also love that it's digital display is easy to see and simple. I am going to order the scents to add because I prefer to have a "scent" to my clean floors. I have pets and this mop really does the trick with cleaning up messes quick, especially muddy paw prints. I am very happy with this product and think anyone could and should have and use it.

I have clean floors all the time with me putting little to no effort and getting shiny clean floors all the time the maneuverability is amazing and it has a multi surface applicability, which means it can go from wooden floors to my kitchen tiles, and still clean it amazingly totally worth it
