I was excited for the opportunity to try BISSELL Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop. This mop is safe and effective on tile, sealed wood, laminate, linoleum, and pressed wood floors. It comes with easy-to-follow directions for set up and use. It is extremely easy to set up; I attached all the parts, scrubby pads and used a small amount of the cleaner to clean my kitchen floor. It has a spray control button to control how much solution goes on the floor while cleaning. It did not leave any sticky residue and It picked up so much dirt. I was impressed. Left my floor shiny and very smooth. After I was done, I put the pads in a washing machine and let them air dry. The pads are strong and durable. It will hold several washes. This is so much easier than cleaning the floors like the old days mop & bucket) The Bissell spin wave machine and pads make it easy to keep our floors looking beautiful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Bissell for letting me try this in return for my honest opinion. I have used this several times of the past couple of weeks. I currently have a small child. 2 cats and 2 dogs in my home. I have lvp hardwood flooring. This worked great on my floors left no streaks. No damage. I was able to get up different things, such as crayon on the floor. I was also able to get up a dried pet accident that was hidden behind my couch with just a few swipes. It's very easy to use it does take just a minute to heat up before using. I did wash the pads a couple of times and laid them out flat to dry, I did notice after the second wash, there were a few strings on each pad that needed to be cut off. Some of the things that I did love about. It was that it has a light on the front, whicg makes it easy if you're not in a well-lit room or need to be in a room where it's dark, you can still see what you need to get up. It's not loud, it's really quiet, which is great for us parents when you need to clean up a mess and your child is asleep and you don't want to wake them. I do wish that it came with a base to set it on and that it stood up better on its on. I also love the fact that this has sanitize option. I would highly recommend this for any home. Especially those homes with small children and pets. This is a great for clean ups and I love that pad's are removable and washeable, and you don't have to use any harsh chemicals, it's just water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a few weeks now and am overall very pleased with it. To start, it was very easy to assemble. Instructions are included with the mop in case you need guidance, but the mop was intuitive enough to assemble without the instructions. The product does require distilled water, so this is something you will need to have on hand to use the machine. I used both a scented option (Eucalyptus Mint) that I purchased online and regular distilled water during my several cleaning sessions. Once assembled, I was cleaning the floor in minutes. You do need to be careful as the water is heating up, as the rotating pads will have the tendency to take the machine away from you and across the floor. Keeping a firm hold on the mop as it heats up is key. I used the mop on many surfaces (hardwood floors, laminate floors, and tile) and it worked very well on each of the surfaces in my house. The mop is able to be flattened quite nicely to go under some shelving that I had in one of my rooms, and it has a nice rotation to get under most cabinet and similar type spaces. The pads clean easily in the sink by hand or the laundry, and you have an extra set of pads to use while one set is in the wash. I don't currently have pets, but I would recommend it to others looking for a safe and effective way to clean your floors whether or not you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wood floors throughout my house and they can get pretty grimy, so I was pretty excited to give this Bissell steam cleaner a try. Overall, it does clean, but not in a deep, cleaning sense, more of just a surface clean. I ran this steam cleaner through my living room, dining room and kitchen; all which are hard floors. While it did clean the floors a bit, I feel like I would still need to take a swiffer wet jet or a mop back over them to get them even cleaner. As far as whether or not, it was time, consuming or less time consuming, I would say it was a bit more time-consuming than just taking, say a wet swiffer and running it across the floor. Pros: Being able to wash the pads Only needing distilled water to clean Cons: More time consuming then a swiffer wet jet or even a regular wet swiffer Not as good at deep cleaning I would probably not buy this product as it is just too time consuming for me. Spinning pads make it easy to push and as someone with a bad back I am very pleased with this! Pads were very easy to remove for cleaning! Love that the mop didn't leave my floors sopping wet like other mop systems I've used before! The Spinewave uses minimum water and dries quickly because of the steam! Would definitely recommend this mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in exchange for my honest review. So we have mostly laminated floors and hardwood floors in our home. They are always getting filthy dirty so when the opportunity to try this sanitizing mop came along, I took it! It does exactly what you would think it does. It's pretty light as far as weight goes so if you can't lift very much this shouldn't be a problem. It also fits nicely into smaller spaces while cleaning which is a BIG plus for me. It come with two extra mop heads so if your in the middle of washing the two you were using, you still have a pair to use. They are very easy to wash and come clean very nicely. You can even put them in the dryer without having to worry about them falling apart. So yes, I would definitely recommend this mop.

It is lightweight when using and glides across floor. I used this product on my high traffic tiled floor. The steam function really helped clean up the dirt and grime. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any of the fragrances distilled water. I would recommend this product, it is lightweight and easy to use.

We have 2 large dogs, a cat, and a 3 year old that thinks it's fun to squirt applesauce all over our hardwood floors and thought this would be a perfect solution to the endless scrubbing. Unfortunately after putting it together, adding the distilled water, and following the operating instructions multiple times, I have been unable to get this dang thing to work. I got a tiny puff of steam for a few seconds, then a repetitive buzzing sound, and then after about a minute the mop stopped and told me to add water despite the tank being nearly full and definitely clicked into place. This repeated a bunch of times and I just couldn't get it to work. Also I really wish it was wireless. It's self driving and swivels and the cord is so long (which is great and problematic) that it was easy to drop and or get wrapped up in. The one good thing I'll say though is that it pulls itself along very easily and doesn't require any scrubbing effort which was lovely, but its fairly heavy and I could see someone like my grandmother struggling with moving it around. This seems like a great product to the people who could get it to work, I'm guessing mine is just defective. Super bummed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin mop arrived just in time for my monthly deep cleaning of my house. My home was built in 1906 and that area is famous for lovely wood floors in my city. The mop was packaged well and there was no damage to the product upon delivery. The spin mop comes with extra cleaning pads, and the pads are reusable! You just throw them in the wash and they're good to go for the next deep cleaning. You do not need to purchase any cleaning solutions for the mop, which is nice because the cleaning solutions I prefer tend to cost a bit more. You only need to use distilled water. I do wish the mop was a tad bit lighter, but I was able to clean all my floors on both levels with no issues. I really enjoyed how flexible the mop was, as it cleaned under our beds and claw foot tub quite easily. The mop even has a little light that makes cleaning under things easier! It we even able to remove old dried paint from our floor. Paint that i hadn't been able to remove by hand. I 100% recommend this product!
