[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This BISSELL spin mop was super easy to put together. I love how when using it basically moves itself. You do have to have patience to use this. I like things to go fast as I'm very busy with the kids. You need to pick a time when you have time to clean and steam. This doesn't have any sort of vacuum feature so you have to clean your floors first before you use this spin mop the clean and steam your floors. I just found myself doing double work. This is great for getting tough stains off your floors. This worked well in my hardwood and kitchen floors.

I have needed one of these for so long, but never purchased one. I have a multiple pet home; bunnies, cat and dogs. This makes cleaning up behind them a dream. Pet odors are gone after just one use!! I have hardwoods in the majority of my home and never felt like they were getting cleaned thoroughly. This SpinWave SmartSteam mop is lightweight, easy to use. All you need is Water! It has a super long cord that makes it very convenient to use without having to stop and plug to another outlet. It has a digital screen that gives you all of the options for different floor types, etc. There is a large water tank on the back, which is easy to fill and empty. I just LOVE IT!! This would also be great for families with small children! I Highly Recommend this to anyone that wants their floors to feel sparkly clean.

We have two dogs and two children, three if you count my husband. The only thing that would get me to give it a five star rating would be if the pads were either more absorbent after cleaning and/or if they dried faster. But you do get two sets of pads so it could be worse if there was only one. Otherwise it's a very good product.

This cleaner has helped cut my cleaning time in half and made it easier to do a quick clean up daily. I did have an issue when it first arrived, the screw was missing to attach the bottom. BISSELL was helpful in sending me one after I called. It was very easy to put together and I liked that they included an extra set of pad cleaners. Once I had it set up, it wasn't long to heat up and I was ready to go. I had my doubts that this would get into the cracks of the tile. Some spots did need another go or a simple wipe with a cloth to finish it. But the majority of the floor cleaned up so nicely and easily. I also really liked that you could run it without steam. We have wood flooring that got ruined by a previous steamer so it was nice to be able to use it and not take off any finish. Over all, my house feels cleaner after adding this into my weekly cleaning and I'm not as tired at the end of the day.

It is extremely easy to use and allows me to sanitize my floors without the use of harsh chemicals. My previous steam mop was so bulky and heavy. I really appreciate the slim design of this mop. The only negative thing is it does not hold a large amount of water. If you have a lot of hard floors like I do, that is a lot of refills! The spinning action definitely scrubs the floors more than traditional steam mops. My floors have never been this clean this easily! I highly recommend this product!

I received my SpinWave and have used it a few times. I definitely would recommend this product and will still continue to use it faithfully. I have used other steam mops, but they haven't had the spin option to fully clean up my wood floors. It is compact and easy to use. It was a very simple assembly to get it going. This item does all of the hard work for you! I love the length of the cord also. Some other products have such a short cord, you have to move from plug to plug~ not the SpinWave! I can cover so much area with one plug! If I saw this online through Bissell, I would buy it! I am going to recommend to my friends and family that have wood and tile floors. I did receive it complimentary in exchange for my honest review. Right out of the box it was easy to assemble. On filling and starting the mop I found it moved across the floor seamlessly and could easily be used by almost anyone. I could control it with a finger. When my husband got home he exclaimed that the floors had never been so clean in all of the time we've lived here.

I have hardwood floors in my house and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. I vacuumed first and then used the steamer. My floors were pristine! I haven't seen them as shiny since I first moved in. I also like that it sanitizes as I have pets who like to scoot their bootys on the floor. Also, it's pretty quiet so it doesn't bother the animals.

It is also powerful enough to get so much grime (that I didn't even know I had!) off the floors! I used it on my tile areas and hardwood floors after sweeping and the floor felt so squeaky clean. The two spin heads make it easy to maneuver and fit into smaller spaces. I also love that it came with two sets of mop pads. Highly recommend adding it to your cleaning supplies!
