I love that all you need is water (you can purchase Bissel solution with a scent if you want). With 3 small kids it was so nice to know that with water and the high temperature steam, my floors were getting sanitized within seconds. It's light weight and easy to use. I love that the mop pads can be cleaned in the washer. The water tank is decently sized to where I could clean my floor without having to fill half way. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone with tile, hard wood floors.

Used it on hardwood floors and on tile. I was expecting it to leave a lot of water behind when using it but evaporated by the time I made another pass. Easy swivel head to move around corners and the room. Doesn't pull you around the room. Just got a puppy so using it a lot cleaning up after messes to get the smell out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spin mop arrived just in time for my monthly deep cleaning of my house. My home was built in 1906 and that area is famous for lovely wood floors in my city. The mop was packaged well and there was no damage to the product upon delivery. The spin mop comes with extra cleaning pads, and the pads are reusable! You just throw them in the wash and they're good to go for the next deep cleaning. You do not need to purchase any cleaning solutions for the mop, which is nice because the cleaning solutions I prefer tend to cost a bit more. You only need to use distilled water. I do wish the mop was a tad bit lighter, but I was able to clean all my floors on both levels with no issues. I really enjoyed how flexible the mop was, as it cleaned under our beds and claw foot tub quite easily. The mop even has a little light that makes cleaning under things easier! It we even able to remove old dried paint from our floor. Paint that i hadn't been able to remove by hand. I 100% recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this for a few weeks but so far I love it! It's easy to use and seems to do a good job cleaning my floors. My kitchen floor gets pretty dirty since we come in and out our back door the spin wave does a great job on the dirt.

We have concrete flooring that is a pain in the butt to clean and this mop made it so much easier! And it was so quick compared to your traditional mop. I've been telling all my friends and family they need to invest in one!

It heated up quickly and easily used with the two different settings. I did mostly use the sanitizer mode because we currently have a crawling baby and every time this is used. Floors are spotless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor scrubber worked very well on our floors, especially in the high traffic areas. We have two dogs and two children, three if you count my husband. The only thing that would get me to give it a five star rating would be if the pads were either more absorbent after cleaning and/or if they dried faster. But you do get two sets of pads so it could be worse if there was only one. Otherwise it's a very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate enough to get the Spinwave scrubbing mop, and let me tell you, this is amazing. I used to clean my tile floors with a Hoover steam mop, and this beats that by a long shot. I love the Spinwave, especially its spinning motion, where I don't have to scrub hard at all. I just have to slowly move the machine back and forth to get all the dirt out. It was very easy to assemble and very easy to use. I used it slowly by moving up and down the floors, and it has worked wonders. This is now my new favorite for cleaning my floors. The Spin scrubbers really work and make the floor extra clean. I would definitely buy this product and would recommend it to my friends and family. I did get this product for free in exchange for writing the review; however, my decision of the review is purely honest because, trust me, I used to clean floors with another steam mop that didn't have the spin scrubber, and it didn't clean well. This Spinwave works so much better, and I cannot wait to use it all the time.

I really enjoyed this as a time-saving floor cleaner that works well in my wide open kitchen and living room space; a little tough to maneuver for smaller confined spaces with tighter corners (aka bathrooms for me specifically). Easy to set up, intuitive lighting/operation, and straightforward without the requirement of a specific cleaning solution sold me alongside the reusable washable mop pads. I LOVE a brand that thinks sustainably and does not add consumables that the consumer has to pay for to continue using. I feel like I get the clean that I need without having to bend and scrub, my elderly mother was able to use this without a problem. Tank is refillable but holds a substantial amount of water. It would be nice to find a convertible device for harder to reach areas next. Also, the price is reasonable- some comparables are $250+ and although I received this to review honestly, as the frugal shopper I am, the current retail price is more than palatable having used this throughout my 3000 sq foot home.

This cleaner has helped cut my cleaning time in half and made it easier to do a quick clean up daily. I did have an issue when it first arrived, the screw was missing to attach the bottom. BISSELL was helpful in sending me one after I called. It was very easy to put together and I liked that they included an extra set of pad cleaners. Once I had it set up, it wasn't long to heat up and I was ready to go. I had my doubts that this would get into the cracks of the tile. Some spots did need another go or a simple wipe with a cloth to finish it. But the majority of the floor cleaned up so nicely and easily. I also really liked that you could run it without steam. We have wood flooring that got ruined by a previous steamer so it was nice to be able to use it and not take off any finish. Over all, my house feels cleaner after adding this into my weekly cleaning and I'm not as tired at the end of the day.
