So far so good I’ve had no problems with it. Floors are looking great!

Plug Cable is too long and easily gets caught on the bottom spinners

I bought this is December and never have been abke to use it. The mop does Not spin, no matter what I do. I take care of mh 89 year old dad who has dementia and forgot about this mop until now (March). Too late to return it and I can't take apart the handle to box it up. So frustrating! What a waste of money.
