It glides along with minimal effort and it has a swivel head which helps get to hard to reach places. The spinning scrubbing pads gives it extra cleaning power. It recommends using distilled water. I was able to mop all my tile floors with one fill of the water tank. Once ready to use, it takes about 15 seconds to heat up and start steaming. The mop heads are removable and washable. It would be nice if the hooks that hold the cord folded down then the cord could just drop off. And there is no place to hook the cord up near the handle to keep it out of the way. Otherwise, this steam mop is excellent! I love the ease of use, the spinning mops and sanitizing with steam. My floors are fresh and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to assemble. Not heavy at all. So a goo product for all ages. Loved the long cord, so you don't have to replug. Easy to use after reading instructions. Cleaning on wood floors was awesome. Left my floors looking great. There wasn't a lot of wetness. No streaking at all. Floors dried fast. The way the mop spins it gets in cracks and up against moldings, cabinets, and appliances. Also used on my tile floors it seemed to clean great there also. Steam cleaning and sanitizing are wonderful. The spinning mop almost guides its self you just have to hold it. I love this mop compared to others.

My only concern is that if the mop head turns in a way it doesn't like, it could get out of control. Overall, the product works great and leaves a freshly steamed floor. We desperately needed a good steam cleaning system, so when I had the opportunity to try Bissell's SpinWave SmartSystem Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop, I was beyond thrilled. The name just says it all, and it does exactly what it says! It's surprisingly lightweight which makes it easy to move around the floors, and it can easily be maneuvered into smaller spaces as well. I was shocked when I saw the two mop pads after the first use. When I tell you they were black - omg! I knew our floors needed a deep cleaning, but I had no idea that they were in that bad of shape. I'm so happy to have this amazing steam mop because we needed it more desperately than I'd ever imagined, and it absolutely gets the job done. It comes with two additional mop heads so you can keep cleaning even while the other two are in the wash! Also, even though they were completely black after the first steam mop, they washed up nicely! They came out of the washer looking totally new and white again, and they're also safe to pop in the dryer. I love the convenience, and I love this steam mop! My only concern is why didn't I have something like this sooner?! It's a must have for hardwood, concrete or any floors besides carpet, and I'll never be without a spin mop from Boswell again. I've used Bissell products in the past, but never have I been this blown away with any of their products I'd tried before. This gives me a whole new perspective and appreciation of the brand, and I am now a huge fan for life! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, this works really well to clean and sanitize. I used it on my rubber gym mats and they cleaned up effortlessly. I also tested this is on tile and it worked really well! However, the instructions and description say this can be used on laminate. I wasn't impressed with how it worked on the laminate. I did not use the steam setting for this flooring type either (nor would I recommend doing so). And lastly, the screw to connect the main body to the scrubbing part was missing so that was disappointing. If you have a lot of tile though, I think this would be incredible at keeping it clean. It's easy to use, powerful, and saves time!

My floors looks new after using this on it. It literally polishes it spotless. Extremely easy to use. If you have pets/kids, you NEED this. No need to use chemicals to sanitize when you can use heat. Has a long cord.

I didn't have to use many passes over tough spots, It was light to maneuver, putting it together and figuring out the controls was intuitive, and I loved how it could get into spots my other steamer mop can't. The light is also great. What I don't enjoy is the jerky motion, how it will shut off automatically in the upright position (impossible to clean stairs this way), and how the water reservoir is so extremely small. Oh, and that it is corded. I didn't think there was corded anything anymore in 2024. I kept tripping over it and accidentally mopping it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I used this product on my tile in my kids bathroom with the steam on and then on my laminate with the steam off. The pros of this is that it's lightweight, has a long chord, a steam off/steam on function, and a digital screen that tells the temperature and whether the steam is on. The cons would be that the digital screen came off when trying to remove the protective film and if you don't pay attention carefully when putting the water canister back in it will partially engage and drain the water all over the floor. It is easy to use and push around the floor. It does great getting up stuck on stains. Compared to the last steam mop I had I would say this is a great product. My other mop wouldn't let me turn the steam off. So I couldn't use it on my laminate floors.
