My only concern is that if the mop head turns in a way it doesn't like, it could get out of control. Overall, the product works great and leaves a freshly steamed floor. The mop heads washed up nicely in the laundry.

Spinning pads make it easy to push and as someone with a bad back I am very pleased with this! Pads were very easy to remove for cleaning! Love that the mop didn't leave my floors sopping wet like other mop systems I've used before! The Spinewave uses minimum water and dries quickly because of the steam! Would definitely recommend this mop!

My concern is mostly the logistics: it's quite heavy, it takes up a lot of room, and it's tough in some corners (which is where grime builds up). That being said, if you've got all hard floors, it'll make your life so much easier (especially if you have small kids and pets!)

Easy to use after reading instructions. Cleaning on wood floors was awesome. Left my floors looking great. There wasn't a lot of wetness. No streaking at all. Floors dried fast. The way the mop spins it gets in cracks and up against moldings, cabinets, and appliances. Also used on my tile floors it seemed to clean great there also. Steam cleaning and sanitizing are wonderful. The spinning mop almost guides its self you just have to hold it. I love this mop compared to others.

The only down side is the core, but im fine with it. I would give this 10/10 and a must have item if you want your house clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product in exhange for my honest review and feedback* I was so excited to try this mop! We have 2 large dogs, a cat, and a 3 year old that thinks it's fun to squirt applesauce all over our hardwood floors and thought this would be a perfect solution to the endless scrubbing. Unfortunately after putting it together, adding the distilled water, and following the operating instructions multiple times, I have been unable to get this dang thing to work. I got a tiny puff of steam for a few seconds, then a repetitive buzzing sound, and then after about a minute the mop stopped and told me to add water despite the tank being nearly full and definitely clicked into place. This repeated a bunch of times and I just couldn't get it to work. Also I really wish it was wireless. It's self driving and swivels and the cord is so long (which is great and problematic) that it was easy to drop and or get wrapped up in. The one good thing I'll say though is that it pulls itself along very easily and doesn't require any scrubbing effort which was lovely, but its fairly heavy and I could see someone like my grandmother struggling with moving it around. This seems like a great product to the people who could get it to work, I'm guessing mine is just defective. Super bummed.

This Bissell steam spin mop worked so well! Especially on my kitchen tile flooring! My floors feel and look clean after just the first use. It is also super quiet and lightweight. Definitely happy with the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to clean bathroom tile floor and laundry room vinyl floor. It worked good for both. It's a bit heavy y itself but even heavier with water. When unpacking, I took the small piece of tape off the screen over the LED light and the screen came off. This probably needs to be addressed.
