It glides along with minimal effort and it has a swivel head which helps get to hard to reach places. The spinning scrubbing pads gives it extra cleaning power. It recommends using distilled water. I was able to mop all my tile floors with one fill of the water tank. Once ready to use, it takes about 15 seconds to heat up and start steaming. The mop heads are removable and washable. It would be nice if the hooks that hold the cord folded down then the cord could just drop off. And there is no place to hook the cord up near the handle to keep it out of the way. Otherwise, this steam mop is excellent! I love the ease of use, the spinning mops and sanitizing with steam. My floors are fresh and clean.

I was excited for the opportunity to try BISSELL Scrubbing & Sanitizing Spin Mop. This mop is safe and effective on tile, sealed wood, laminate, linoleum, and pressed wood floors. It comes with easy-to-follow directions for set up and use. It is extremely easy to set up; I attached all the parts, scrubby pads and used a small amount of the cleaner to clean my kitchen floor. It has a spray control button to control how much solution goes on the floor while cleaning. It did not leave any sticky residue and It picked up so much dirt. I was impressed. Left my floor shiny and very smooth. After I was done, I put the pads in a washing machine and let them air dry. The pads are strong and durable. It will hold several washes. This is so much easier than cleaning the floors like the old days mop & bucket) The Bissell spin wave machine and pads make it easy to keep our floors looking beautiful. I really enjoyed this as a time-saving floor cleaner that works well in my wide open kitchen and living room space; a little tough to maneuver for smaller confined spaces with tighter corners (aka bathrooms for me specifically). Easy to set up, intuitive lighting/operation, and straightforward without the requirement of a specific cleaning solution sold me alongside the reusable washable mop pads. I LOVE a brand that thinks sustainably and does not add consumables that the consumer has to pay for to continue using. I feel like I get the clean that I need without having to bend and scrub, my elderly mother was able to use this without a problem. Tank is refillable but holds a substantial amount of water. It would be nice to find a convertible device for harder to reach areas next. Also, the price is reasonable- some comparables are $250+ and although I received this to review honestly, as the frugal shopper I am, the current retail price is more than palatable having used this throughout my 3000 sq foot home.

The recently moved and had a lot of dust and dirt as a result but the mop tore right through the dirt without any problems and now my floors look good as new. It is light weight and easy to use, and the scrubbing portions of the spin mop makes it way easier to mop compared to a traditional mop or compared to mops that don't scrub. I plan on using this far into the future!

It helps to sanitize and rid of dust mites, etc. Steam cleaning is NOT recommended for hard wood floors (no matter what a manufacturer says) so I used it on my tiled floor. I received this as a promotion. A plus was that my floors were not wet or streaky after use. So if you are looking for a good floor steamer I would recommend this one. I like that it came with an extra set of spin pads to use in between washings. When I think of a floor cleaner of any sort, I am assuming that it will clean my floors. This does not clean, only steams/sanitizes. So for that reason, I would not recommend purchasing in hopes to clean your floors. All the other steps of sweeping/vacuuming, then mopping still have to be in place. So to add yet another machine, was way more time than I have to spend cleaning my floors. You can only use distilled water in the reservoir not tap which is an additional cost to running machine. It actually took more time for me to set it up and figure it out than to run it. Directions were minimal and a little confusing at first to work the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my previous Bissell steam mop which was 7 years old with the new Bissell spin wave steam mop which I'd definitely an upgrade from my previous one. The water reservoir is bigger and the mop pads are big and spin efficiently leaving the floor almost dry and very clean . I have travertine floors and am a senior citizen with painful wrists and hands and I can truly say that this product helps me clean them almost painlessly as it glides across the floor. It is slightly heavier (9lb) than my previous steam mop (6lb) but since it is self propelled it moves without any pushing. I highly recommend it if you have lots of tile floors and dread mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a few weeks now and am overall very pleased with it. To start, it was very easy to assemble. Instructions are included with the mop in case you need guidance, but the mop was intuitive enough to assemble without the instructions. The product does require distilled water, so this is something you will need to have on hand to use the machine. I used both a scented option (Eucalyptus Mint) that I purchased online and regular distilled water during my several cleaning sessions. Once assembled, I was cleaning the floor in minutes. You do need to be careful as the water is heating up, as the rotating pads will have the tendency to take the machine away from you and across the floor. Keeping a firm hold on the mop as it heats up is key. I used the mop on many surfaces (hardwood floors, laminate floors, and tile) and it worked very well on each of the surfaces in my house. The mop is able to be flattened quite nicely to go under some shelving that I had in one of my rooms, and it has a nice rotation to get under most cabinet and similar type spaces. The pads clean easily in the sink by hand or the laundry, and you have an extra set of pads to use while one set is in the wash. I don't currently have pets, but I would recommend it to others looking for a safe and effective way to clean your floors whether or not you have pets.

It is lightweight when using and glides across floor. I used this product on my high traffic tiled floor. The steam function really helped clean up the dirt and grime. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any of the fragrances distilled water. I would recommend this product, it is lightweight and easy to use.

I followed the simple instructions as how to put the machine together and adding the distilled water. The soft pads that it came with worked wonders on my floors. One thing that threw me off, was how the handle would detach when I didn't have the machine on. But overall, the swivel neck of the machine was very helpful when reaching tough places. I failed to capture a before and after picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried out the Bissell Spin mop. I like the 2 spinning heads and the steam or non steam feature. You can choose the floor type hard wood or tile which is nice has an electronic display. Only thing I didn't like is that it has some weight to it and its corded, would love to see a cordless option. But otherwise it did a good job steam cleaning my kitchen floor (which is tile) and went and did the hard wood floor in the Livingroom (changed the setting). The 2 spin pads are removable and can be washed and it came with 2 replacement heads. I also like that its just water and no chemicals.
