[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on my hard wood floors to get something sticky off of it that son has spilled. I also used it on my tile and hardwood floors to clean up muddy paw prints. The Spin mop did a great job on both messes and both floor types. The mop felt like it did the work for me. The spinning pads pulled the machine so I had to put little effort in getting the job done. Some pros and cons to the spin mop. Let's start with the pros: the mop basically pulls itself and little effort is required. I love that it stand up on its own so I don't have to prop it up on my walls when stopping between my cleaning. The sanitizing steam heats quickly and ready to get busy. I really only have one con and that would be the struggle with trying to fill the water reservoir. The spot to add the water is super tiny and with trying to pour the distilled water from a jug into such a small hole without spilling was next to impossible. The next time I had to fill it I used a small cup with a pour spout which helped some but still not an easy process. Alll and all I think the scrubbing and sanitizing spin mop is a nice and fun and thorough way to get my floors squeaky clean. In all honesty I would probably still stick with my regular steam mop for my normal cleaning and will probably use the scrubbing sanitizing spin mop when I do more deep cleaning. I just feel like I can get quicker results with my steamer but I feel like the spin pads may do a deeper type of cleaning. I would recommend this product especially for homes with a lot bare flooring.

It heats up quickly and the spinning mop heads easily propel it along your floor. It's kinda fun to watch! It doesn't use a lot of water so your floor dries quickly too. For stuck on spots, you just run the mop over it a couple times and it's gone! I was honestly surprised how well this cleans and how easy it was to use!

I was super excited to try this mop out since I have all hard wood floors in my house and one area of tile ( so this would be perfect for me ) . I have had a hard time figuring out a way to really clean the hard wood and this does the job! I bought the distilled water as it recommended and started in my kitchen area . While doing the steam mop I didn't really notice if it was working but after the floor dried I could tell it was very shiny and got the dirt up . I confirmed that by looking at the bottom of the pad. Oh my I thought to myself ( I clean my floor everyday) . Yes this mop works !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to assemble. Not heavy at all. So a goo product for all ages. Loved the long cord, so you don't have to replug. Easy to use after reading instructions. Cleaning on wood floors was awesome. Left my floors looking great. There wasn't a lot of wetness. No streaking at all. Floors dried fast. The way the mop spins it gets in cracks and up against moldings, cabinets, and appliances. Also used on my tile floors it seemed to clean great there also. Steam cleaning and sanitizing are wonderful. The spinning mop almost guides its self you just have to hold it. I love this mop compared to others.

It heated up quickly and easily used with the two different settings. I did mostly use the sanitizer mode because we currently have a crawling baby and every time this is used. Floors are spotless

I really enjoyed this as a time-saving floor cleaner that works well in my wide open kitchen and living room space; a little tough to maneuver for smaller confined spaces with tighter corners (aka bathrooms for me specifically). Easy to set up, intuitive lighting/operation, and straightforward without the requirement of a specific cleaning solution sold me alongside the reusable washable mop pads. I LOVE a brand that thinks sustainably and does not add consumables that the consumer has to pay for to continue using. I feel like I get the clean that I need without having to bend and scrub, my elderly mother was able to use this without a problem. Tank is refillable but holds a substantial amount of water. It would be nice to find a convertible device for harder to reach areas next. Also, the price is reasonable- some comparables are $250+ and although I received this to review honestly, as the frugal shopper I am, the current retail price is more than palatable having used this throughout my 3000 sq foot home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Bissell's Spinwave Smart Steam Scrubbing and Sanitizing Spin Mop and my mind was blown. The mop is well made, it is super sturdy. I was surprised with the quality of steam sanitization provided by this amazing mop. I dnt need to get on my knees to scrub the floor clean. The water capacity of the mop is also impressive. You can easily steam mop 1 and a half room by filling the water tank once.

It's super simple to use, to figure out and to refill. I was able to mop almost 3 rooms with one reservoir of the water. You simply fill water reservoir, plug in, wait a lil bit and choose either the hardwood setting or the tile setting. It's that simple. You can see the steam coming out and stains just disappearing. It even has this light for darker areas. It's so easy to use and just glides over the floor with minimal effort and minimal force. The cord is long too. Just what we needed!

I have clean floors all the time with me putting little to no effort and getting shiny clean floors all the time the maneuverability is amazing and it has a multi surface applicability, which means it can go from wooden floors to my kitchen tiles, and still clean it amazingly totally worth it
