Ignore the people saying ps5 is better, or that the console is garbage, or even a budget console, this thing is a BEAST I've had it for less than 2 hours and I'm loving it. 299 is an ABSOLUTE STEAL for this value, I cant run 120fps because I dont have a 120hz display, but i can run at quality mode since I'm not sacrificing anything. This is the MOST AWESOME THING IVE EVER BOUGHT, if you're thinking about buying this or the series X, the series s is amazing for you if you dont have a 4k 144hz tv or monitor, def get series x if you have a 4k 144hz monitor or tv. Other than all that, amazing purchase, 11/10 would reccomend.

All in all, the Series S is a GREAT entry level console! No, it doesn't support 4K gaming, but the 1440P resolution looks very good on my 60Hz TV and the load times are MUCH faster. I have several Xbox One games installed on an external SSD, and the load times are very quick for the non optimized games as well!

I have bought from seller before and everything was good the product worked and I had no issues. However I purchased this last min Xbox from seller for a Christmas gift and the AUDIO didn't not work at all. Hooked it up to different TV's, smart and non Smart and nothing. Double checked the sound settings

If you play a lot of games and care about 4K resolution then get the X. If you don't play a lot of games and only rotate between 2-4 games and dont care for 4K resolution then this bad boy is for you, the S still runs at 1440p so even without 4K the graphics and gameplay are really crisp. I was on PS4 last for last gen then I made the switch to Xbox for the New Gen, what really sold me on the Series S was the DESIGN the price tag was just the icing on the cake for me.

I love it! I paid for the next day shipping as well. Got here July 2nd. I’m usally a PlayStation guy and was not really going to get an Xbox but I got tired of waiting on a “next gen” console even though I have a gaming PC, but so far this console has been amazing and even though less powerful than its older brother it still a powerhouse everything has been a blast so far faster load times 4K scaling if you have the TV to support it I mean you can’t go wrong for a 300 price tag of a system I’ll eventually get a PS5 and a Series X when they become more available.

We are in love with this system so far. Only complaint is the log in passcodes. They're too long. But we love that we can "stream" games and download easily. We love that we can set a time limit for our kids too. Wish there were more games to play but it's been fun already.

I got this for my girlfriend for her birthday. First it said teo day shipping then turned out to be one day way faster than amazon gets me stuff. Then she loved it. She thinks its really cute how small it is and loves the quick resume feature. The console looks sleek and works great.

This console runs so smoothly from the last generation I felt as if I was in a different world when I played even the older games. The only thing I would watch out for is the storage it carries but that can be fixed a storage device like a high grade USB or the dedicated storage device for the console itself.

I understand that it says console only but it would be great to add the power cords and the basics you need to operate it in the box I was disappointed when I opened the box to just see the system looking back at me I had switched from PlayStation to this console and was disappointed that it didn’t have a controller luckily I had a power cord to fit it but pls add these necessities to the box for future consumers

Well its a upgrade to next gen thats for sure. Fastest loading times with a wide selection of games from the start. Just know if you were expecting something new from the Xbox format then dont expect much. The same UI from the XO series is still present and wont be making a change any time soon. However the fastest loading times and amazing quality shines through out the system. Just do your research before you buy.
