I love the bronze finish on this, really looks nice. And we think the light up surface to put our hot chocolate on is a nice touch. But really, we just love to get heat at the flick of a button, and enjoy some nighttime outdoors. It worked great! It’s sturdy and heavy, but has the wheels on one side, so not too difficult to move around.

The Member's Mark Bronze Patio Heaters (2) that we recently ordered online are good looking units that match the decor under our large gazebo quite well. They were easy to assemble and work quite well. I have added heat deflector shields to both of them to focus the heat better and am quite happy with their performance. The lighted table is perfect for nighttime entertaining too.

January of 24. I purchased one of these. it worked until the summer and then it was stored. in January of 25. it failed and I bought a second one... here I am in December of 25 and this second one has failed... stay away.. Sam's does not refund even if you're unhappy with the broken unit you've purchased twice.

I bought one and used it for about 15 minutes and loved it. It gave a nice heat all around and I was really impressed. So I bought a 2nd one. Only this time, I used it during a evening with friends and both gave 10-15 minutes of heat, off a full tank, only 16 minutes in, the flames on both kept getting smaller and smaller and you had to put your hands 6 inches from the screen to feel the heat. I was puzzled and looked at the tanks, but both of them were frozen to the top so not producing gas fast enough to be effective. I tried again the next day, only turned the heat down instead of Max. It worked, but much less range was covered and if you weren't right next to it, it was useless. After 15 minutes, the flames started going down again. So I went and bought a brand new tank, thinking it was the exchange bottles that were the problem. I bought a really nice tank new, had it filled... Only to have the exact same issue. So I contacted Sam's about support. They said someone would get with me in 2-5 days. Day 6, I called again, told the same thing... We are now over a month and can't get anyone to support it, tell me what I'm doing wrong, or even tell me that the device is only good for about 10 minutes of use... ANYTHING would be nice to know. The only way I got it to work for more than 10-15 minutes was using it on the lowest setting on a 72 degree day. It still froze up, but it took an hour. I really don't need a heater on a 72 degree day, so I guess they are going to the dump since I no longer have the boxes. Sadly when I bought the 2nd one, it was trash night and they all went the next morning before I learned that I'd have a problem after 15 minutes. If you need a heater on a hot day, these are for you! If it's something stupid I'm doing wrong, I wished there was support to tell me. But when I google/chatgpt it, they both point to an issue with the heater itself. So sadly, I just wasted $400 that I didn't have to waste.

Heater was on sale, works wonderfully and the table light is great.

I really didn't want to provide an Overall rating yet because I haven't been able to truly use it completely. I ignited it and it seem to work. Then shortly after it went out. Since then it will ignite but once I let the button go the flame goes out.

Purchased a week ago, arrived early. Went together nicely per instructions. No dents/scratches. Lit up first attempt. High heat is really nice and hot. Looks very nice and the lit drink holder a plus. Perfect for patio in the evening. Very satisfied customer.

Would give "0" stars if I could. Worked for about 2 months and then would not stay lit. Will turn on but then cut off after a minute or less. VERY frustrating. First thought it was an issue with the gas. Replaced gas tank and issue remains. We have another version of this heater (not members mark) that we have had for 4 years and counting.

Ignition does not work.. bought 2 of these for a party and it did not work when needed.
