We can assure you that this is not a problem for our customers as you can see by all of the reviews. Our heaters have passed all of the required industry test standards for quality materials and tip-over standards. If this wasn’t the case, Sam’s Club certainly would not continued to purchase this heater year after year. However, once again, we really are sorry you have the issues that you described.
