I like the roll on It sure does make it less messy. It’s not sticky it dries quickly and within a few minutes I can feel it’s starting to work. I also like that it is completely free of parabens and propylene glycol. I would recommend this product for anybody that has back pain or sore muscles.

It relieved his pain within minutes. He is able to apply easily because of the roll on dispenser. It has an instant cooling effect, which is great, however I feel like the effect does not last so long. I got mild relief and had to reapply often.

It is great to have on hand at home because it's the best for helping with aches and pains. I particularly like to use this on my knees since I have runners knee as well as my hip flexors. The roll on is my preference because I don’t like to get it on my hands.
