It applies very easily without feeling greasy or leaving a residue. The smell isn’t over powering like products I have used in the past. I love the relief it gives me after a long day at work. No joke, it does have menthol in the formulation but it doesn't warm up and sting like other products I've tried on my back, neck, arms or legs. When I first tried this, my back had been hurting for days. I had a very difficult time even trying to stretch my arms and legs out. I didn't know how fast the whole thing worked. Within minutes, my back wasn't super sore and it wasn't feeling like there was a fire on my skin after application. Just comfort. My back was able to finally just relax and I was able to actually get some rest. I am SO glad to have found BioFreeze. This is a life saver.
