[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the roll on pain relief on a day my neck was hurting from an old injury. It didn’t take my pain away completely, but it did alleviate it. I would say out of a 5, my pain went down to a 2 1/2. Overall it worked well.

The roller is super convenient, as it allows you to apply the product anywhere with out help or a mess. Highly recommended.

For several years, my wife has experienced both knees with pain, to the point she now has to use a walker. She won't do surgery, tried braces and other external application unsuccessfully. I generally dislike getting stuff on my hands or fingers when I need to put on sunscreen, etc., so it's good to have an option that rolls on this way. It's been great for some of my running-related aches. The smell is a little wintergreeny for my taste, but that's kind of what you expect, I guess!

Yes, I sound a bit surprised because I was skeptical until I used it on some lower back pain that I occasionally have. After rolling it on my skin near the pain, the pain subsided within minutes and essentially went away for hours. It was great! I expected a smell (like that Icy Hot I used to use back in the day) but it was effectively oder free and not sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biofreeze pain relief gel roll on so far has been effective in relieving the minor aches and pains associated with my arthritis. I have also use this product on sore muscles after exercise with good results. It has a nice cooling effect and the odor is pleasant and not offensive in any way. I will add that I needed to reapply after a short period to get the relief needed in some instances but a little goes a long way.

In the throes of a migraine, it doesn’t do anything, but I have taken it when I first feel one coming on, and it does help to lessen the pain. It doesn’t fully take it away, but even a little relief is nice.
