This Biofreeze Roll on Gel works great for us today on our arthritic areas and on achy joints and muscles to soothe and comfort the pain. I also try to exercise to relieve my joint pain and wind up with Muscle aches! This roll on relieves and eases much of my pain. It great that it can be applied anytime and easily directly in the problem area.

It smells amazing which is a huge plus. I love that you roll it on instead of having to spread it on with your hands. Roll on application is so much easier and less messy. The actual product is amazingly effective at soothing my muscle aches. It starts soothing the pain pretty quickly and it lasts longer than I expected. It does take a few minutes to take effect but once it does, there is cooling sensation that takes the pain away in my lower back. The roll on makes it easy to apply with no mess. Will continue to use and recommend to others.

Well, nope. This stuff does absolutely nothing, and I do mean NOTHING. I am greatly disappointed to learn BioFreeze is just one more worthless product with a great marketing team. I am glad to have had a chance to try it, because now I know there is not enough menthol and whatever other ingredients to provide relief. Only good thing is having a rollerball container, to keep from having to apply it by hand and then waste the excess washed off hands, but geez, there is not a heavy smell - which I know some might not like, but for me it helps mentally to smell THAT smell. I don't feel the heat or anything and kept shaking the bottle thinking maybe that would help mix it up and get it going. Nope and more nope. Thanks anyway.

I used an off brand cream I had found years ago and it seemed to be the only thing that worked til now. When I received this product I had it sitting in the medicine cabinet and my husband put it on me late one night when I ran out of my cream, and it was amazing. It worked great without all the greasy feel left from the cream and I didn't have to wash my hands after applying. It was so easy to just take off the top and roll on the relief. I will definitely be using this from now on

The roller gets stuck sometimes, but you can tell there's still product on the roller as it glides across your skin. They could improve the roller a tad bit, but very small detail. Biofreeze is the best. I use this when I play hockey or golf and strain a muscle. It's the go to for muscle relief and soreness.
