The roll-on makes applying mess free, it applies as an invisible gel that quickly penetrates they skin and targeting pain. I have horrible joint pain in my hands and this started working within minutes to soothe away the ache and stiffness. Within a minute you begin to feel a cool tingling sensation and then a penetrating warmth. It has a menthol scent that quickly dissipated. It kept my hands pain free for several hours, this is now go to pain reliever for arthritis pain- great product that really works!

I used it on my back for muscle pain, as well as, on my Achilles’ tendon. The roll on works best when held straight up and down. It doesn’t work as well when tipped at all. I would definitely buy this again.

Instead its a roll, so once the pain hits me I just rub it on the affected area. Once I felt pain in my arm, the roll on stated working right away. First I felt the pain then out of no where the coolness from the roll on was activated. It help ease the pain I was feeling in my shoulder. This is a good buy
