I always have some type of pain and have been searching for something that can help relieve joint pain and this stuff is it! So easy to roll on and cools instantly. There is also No mess as it does not leave a greasy residue on your skin like ointments. I also love how it’s travel size so I can take it with me when I go somewhere and don’t have to worry about it in my checked bag.

I really prefer this roll-on applicator. It helps with precise application and even better, it keeps you from getting the product on your hands. My physical therapist recommends the Biofreeze brand. Starts out cool but then heats up quite effectively, providing relief. I used my Biofreeze on my back of my foot I had issues with my back of the foot the pain went away. Effective relief and recommend it to others.
