I have sore knees, I’m always in my feet so they hurt a lot. The Biofreeze has a nice cool feeling which helps make my aches feel better, for a short time. I like that this is a roll on, I don’t have to get my hands messy and they don’t smell like the “medicine.” I’m not a real fan of the smell.
