[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Biofreeze roll on pain relief is easy to apply and I you don’t have the mess on your hands. I was surprised at how it goes on cool and the quickly heats up. It stays warm for quite a while too. I was surprised at the heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just amazing! I’ve suffered for years from foot pain and this product definitely works! I apply it every night on my feet and the pain almost disappears right away. The rollerball applicator makes it very easy to apply without getting your hands dirty and making a mess! When you roll it over the painful area you feel the pain going away, it feels amazing! It has a strong menthol scent and a green color which both disappear quickly. It dries super fast and doesn’t leave a stinky smell like other pain relievers. Definitely fast acting, long lasting and powerful cooling pain relief!

I really love that it is a roll on. One nice feature is that it rolls on green so you can easily tell where you have rolled it on at. It is great for sore muscles, and helps to relieve pain.

The menthol scent is strong but easy to forgive since it does the job. I have used this on my sore/stiff neck several times. I have a toddler who loves to sleep on me and has no sense of personal space so I often wake up with a sore neck/shoulder. The gel goes on pretty clear, has a slight blue-green tint but has never left any color on my clothing. The cooling sensation is not as drastic or noticeable as other products but the pain did go away and stay away. Nice compact leakproof bottle, easy to pack in a bag or purse.

The pain relief lasts a lot longer then other brands. It is affordable and available in many stores. I keep a bottle in my purse because it's small enough and won't take much room. So I can have it when needed.

But these last few weeks I’ve been feeling a bit of pain probably from doing the holiday preparations. I was happy to try the BioFreeze roll on hoping that it would help. The roll on goes on easily and the scent is not at all strong. It does provide a cooling affect but only provides minimal relief. Also, it is not very long lasting; an hour or two after applying it the effects are nonexistent. Not a very high recommendation.
