I like that it comes in a small enough container that I can easily carry in a backpack/purse. It rolls on easy too but I would prefer a mess-free option but that is simply a personal choice.

It lasts for about 3 to 4 hours, and it helped to relieve my back pain. It is easy to roll on as I applied it. Just one thing as I applied it, I felt little debree almost like salt crystals or something and when I applied it with my hand. But other than that, it helped to relieve my muscle pain.

I used to use Icy Hot, after trying Bio a few years ago it’s my go to. I probably use it way to much but it gives the best relief to my left shoulder. BioFreeze is a basic need in our home. I’ve used Biofreeze products for decades since my physical therapist recommended it but the scent was overpowering and it really stuck to my hands. The roll-on applicator makes it easy to apply with zero mess. The right amount of product is applied and you can cover the area with clothing immediately as it is not sticky at all. Rollerball is very helpful on finding tight, sore areas and you’re able to roll it over and release some of the tension as well. The cool yet heating sensation continues to increase once applied. Scent is not as strong as other forms of Biofreeze products.

I applied it before bed and the warmth relieved my pain so that I could sleep comfortably. I also really liked the roll on application. It was so easy to apply and no mess!

It allows me to be more accurate and target the areas of pain instead of slathering a bunch of lotion on and wasting product. Definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product and how easy it is to put on! The roller makes it very mess free which is good because the product is a little sticky. The smell is very strong and similar to Vicks Vaporub. It works well but does not last very long.
