And if you've tried the squeeze out kind you know that even after you try to wash your hands it still lingers. It smells strongly of almost vicks mixed with spearmint, but works to help relax sore muscles.

My right arm and shoulder has been hurting lately and this really helps with the pain level. It works almost immediately. There is a very strong menthol smell but I don't mind that. I rolled this on my back. It does have a smell to it. Nothing bad. I used it 2times a day. It is cool when put on the skin. It did not help my pain in my back though. It is so bad my pain do for me this did not help me.

This roll-on stick is ok but is only 5% menthol, which is the primary ingredient. Such low concentration doesn't provide the immediate relief that a jar of cream, which contains 10% menthol, does. Still, I think this a decent product to carry around in a purse or backpack.
