I have arthritis in my knees and Biofreeze is the only relief I can get instantly. I roll it on the front and back of knees and pain is gone. My son uses it religiously on his back and loves it. I highly recommend this product!

I don't feel that it has a strong smell. It instantly starts working. The roll-on is great because you can put it right where you need it and you don't have to get it on your hands.

You don’t have to touch the product with your hands and it rolls on nice and evenly. It did provide some immediate relief however it only lasted a few minutes. I feel like there’s better products out there.
