It doesn’t stain clothes and is not messy. The roll on ball makes it easy to apply and does not drip. Small enough to pack in an overnight bag, but lasts over a large number of doses.

I really liked the roll-on because it keeps your hands dry, and you don’t have to worry about touching your eyes after using it!! The only down fall I see is that it dispenses quite a bit, and I seem to be using it quite quickly.

I don’t know how much it actually does besides provide a sensation that’s distracting from pain, but that has been useful in a few situations where I’ve had injuries. I do like the ease of the roll on, it provides nice thin layers that you can build up and doesn’t get super goopy and messy.

I have been applying to my should blades and my muscle knots and tightness seem to be less painful and severe. For any former athletes or someone who sits all day, this a must have. It is also good for any joint pain or inflammation. One of my favorite brands and products. I just wish it came in a larger size which is why I rated it a 4.

You just roll and go on wherever hurts and it has deep penetrating menthol that actually helps. My chiropractor told me about this a long time ago and ever since I thought it was great.
