You can easily concentrate it in a small area or use it for larger areas if pain. It is the icy cool type of pain relief. No unpleasant odor. I take it whenever I am going to run a race.

I used it while walking around Disney and it really helped with overall soreness through the day. The only downside is that the menthol smell is really strong, if you get it too close to your face your eyes water, but it fades after some time. It’s really worth it despite the strong smell, the smell also isn’t bad, just menthol. It also hasn’t stained my clothes.

Pain subsides quickly after application, the only thing I did not like was that the liquid was leaking out of the roll top which made it messy and also the smell was a little to strong for myself.........Other than that it works great.

It is great to have on hand at home because it's the best for helping with aches and pains. I particularly like to use this on my knees since I have runners knee as well as my hip flexors.
