The menthol not only smells great but truly helps relieve the pain in my muscles. It’s like instant magic and if any of you have consistent pain in your back or neck this always does the trick!!

I was primarily interested in trying this because my partner experiences a lot of chronic back pain. Pros: - Small and compact - A little bit goes a long way - Soothing Cons: - Menthol is very strong (almost too intense) - Rollerball gets stuck sometimes - Not as effective for chronic pain!! For regular workouts, shin splints, or a twisted ankle, I think this product is great! However, it is less effective for general pain or muscle tension - would not advise using for anyone experiencing chronic pain. I would recommend this for quick temporary pain relief on the go! Overall satisfying product.

I also put it in the refrigerator to keep it cool which helps a lot. I also use this for the back off my legs for muscle relief. Would recommend.

And at night I tend to have a lot of problems falling asleep so I was looking for something that could help ease the pain so I could sleep and I got Biofreeze and I have to say this stuff is absolutely amazing it is heaven sent. All you do is roll it on to apply and let it dry and just like that it ease the pain and I especially like that it doesn’t have a strong odor to it . And I love the cooling relief it gives . Of course, it wasn't completely gone, but it was at least 75% better, which is amazing for a product that is OTC. I love it. I have recommended it and will continue to do so.
