The Biofreeze quickly relieves my pain and allows me to continue with whatever I need to do. It quickly absorbs and is not tacky or sticky. I use it daily. It does have a strong scent but it does not bother me.

I overdid putting out holiday decorations and pounding stakes into the ground with a rubber mallet didn't sit well with my shoulder or bicep. After several days of tight, sore upper arm and shoulder I tried Biofreeze and it worked like a charm. It rolled on easily and the cooling menthol sensation started quickly. In a few minutes the pain was mostly gone and the arm was looser. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I thought I could avoid it by just having a healthy lifestyle, but I couldn’t. I applied this to my neck and it’s like there never were any problems. When Biofreeze penetrates my skin, it seems to target the pain like no other cream seems to have done. This does wonders for me to relieve pressure and pain. It is so convenient and is rightly priced. Definitely recommend for how effective it is and it may relieve your pain as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Biofreeze on my shoulder as I tend to have tension pain in my muscles there and wanted to see how it worked on that. While it does help ease the pain a bit, it doesn’t work quite as well on it as other products like Aspercreme. The roller ball is a nice idea, in theory, but sometimes doesn’t roll so well. At least it keeps the menthol off your hands though, so that’s a plus. If you have mild aches, this product is a solid choice. But if you have deeper or heavier pain, I would suggest using a different product.

The roll-on applicator alleviates that problem. I can apply the gel easily and with pinpoint accuracy to where it hurts. It provides quick and easy relief.

It sort of freezes the area and isolates it and helps make it tolerable for me. Have used it a few times and has worked well each time so I am glad to have gotten this.

The menthol scent is not unpleasant and it does vanish so it doesn’t interfere with the perfume I wear. I like the fact that it’s a roll-on so it’s not messy to use and it does work quickly.
