[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the pain relief gel in time for the Christmas shopping pains! I wore a too flat shoes and did a lot of walking while Christmas shopping. I woke up the next day with soreness and pain in my back! I put some of the pain gel on and it felt nice and tingly. But the best part is it did relieved the pain! I love this because I didn’t have to take pain meds, this is my new go to for muscle pain or soreness!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll-on is a must have to have with you - it soothes neck pain so quickly without staining clothes. The minty smell is strong if you are sensitive but it’s still pleasant. I now have it in the office in case of tense muscles.

It contains menthol which I was concerned would have a strong scent but the scent vanishes quickly so not an issue. Pain relief was quick and ling lasting too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Biofreeze cool the pain roll on works incredibly well! I have tried so many different creams, and gels, but none of them compare to this one. I feel the relief almost instantly with this one. It has 5 percent menthol, and is good for minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, strains, and sprains. I have a lot of discomfort, and pain in my back, and shoulders, and this has seemed to work wonders so far. My wife also has a lot of pains in her back, and stomach, and this has also worked terrific for her as well! This feels like a gel like consistency, but it's not sticky at all, and dries right down. Another thing I really like with this is, I don't have to get it all over my hands. That's one thing I don't care for is the feel of pain relief creams, and gels on my hands. With this I don't have to worry about that, it just rolls right on, super easily at that. Lastly, this can be used for kids as well, over the age of 2. That I absolutely love because kids also experience sprains, strains, and pain and most of the time they are to young to use other pain reliefs like this. So that's also a huge plus with having two boys that play rough. This can be applied 4 times a day, but no more. Overall, it works wonders, and is a must have!!

We have tried most everything from creams to pills to heating pads and roll on. While this roll on smells as most do, it seems to be at least as effective as anything else we have tried-used. I recommend you at least give it a try, seems to work well.

But these last few weeks I’ve been feeling a bit of pain probably from doing the holiday preparations. I was happy to try the BioFreeze roll on hoping that it would help. The roll on goes on easily and the scent is not at all strong. It does provide a cooling affect but only provides minimal relief. Also, it is not very long lasting; an hour or two after applying it the effects are nonexistent. Not a very high recommendation.

It relieved his pain within minutes. He is able to apply easily because of the roll on dispenser. I used it on my k we after standing all day and it was amazing.. you can feel the medication as it seeps in for relief.

I've been keeping Biofreeze gel handy and its really helped me get some relief. While this will not solve (or reverse) severe pain - it will help alleviate it. Using on my neck pain has also helped me avoid my near-daily tension headaches. The smell is a bit strong, but that is expected. Overall, I recommend this product (especially for less severe soreness) and will be keeping back-ups in my medicine cabinet!
