I have been applying to my should blades and my muscle knots and tightness seem to be less painful and severe. For any former athletes or someone who sits all day, this a must have. It is also good for any joint pain or inflammation. One of my favorite brands and products. I just wish it came in a larger size which is why I rated it a 4.

I'm attending physical therapy, but there are days where my wrist is in pain and needs some help. This was good at helping to lessen the pain. Though I shook the bottle, I still had a lot of clumpy product stuck to the roller which then transferred to my wrist. It ended up staining my skin green until I had a chance to wash it off (it was also unsightly, thankfully I was only at home for the day). The package states that the smell goes away, but it's more that it lessens. I found that the medicinal scent never truly dissipated, but it was significantly faint compared to the initial application (likely only noticeable if you're near the actual body part it was applied to).
