I love it's a roll on.I shake it well and roll it on. I don't have to rub it in. It soaks in pretty quick and not long after, I am getting the relief I need. It really helps and lasts for hours. It works well and alleviates the pain temporary for quick relief. One of the thing I didn’t like about the old style was that I had to wash my hands after putting it on cause I didn’t like the product on my hands. With this roll-on, it is so convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend it for quick relief from long days at your desk or playing sports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biofreeze roll on did everything advertised. I used it mainly for my sore back. Firstly, application was clean and easy. The smell was not overwhelming but you could certainly feel the effects of the product. I had the best results when I applied shortly after a warm shower. I am interested to continue to try it with different instances, such as exercise induced soreness. The only thing I wish is that the product would last a little bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend to use if others failed. I used everything including Lidocaine and bran name Icy Hot. This however always gets the job done! No pain pill required with usage of this either. It also soaks in fairly quick as well. The smell isn't great. This product unlike others for me is a 1 time application a day. Beyond recommend to anyone who needs pain relief they can't get from the others!

I enjoy the smell from a distance, don't get it on your hand and smell it up close, it is really strong, reminds me of vicks. As I said before, I do like the smell, after it is applied, the smell dosn't last too long, but the pain relief does!

I often use this on my lower back for relief from sitting all day. It’s also been great in my calves And near my knees after my runs. You can’t go wrong with this especially if you’re active.

I just rub this on my calf and within a little while, it was not cramping any more. It seemed to relax the muscles so I could go back to sleep.
