[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is not overwhelming but I really only felt som cooling on the area I applied it. I didn’t notice much pain relief but it was noticeable cooler. I think using this in conjunction with advil would work best.

I have fibromyalgia and tendonitis in both my Achilles tendons so I'm often in a lot of pain. It's worse at night because it's hard to get comfortable enough to fall asleep, but with this product it makes my life so much easier. I roll it on all my troubled spots that hurt and shortly after I am able to fall asleep. I don't know how I have managed to live without this product because now I buy it regularly and make sure I have more before I run out. If you suffer from any kind of pain, I highly recommend buying this product.

It does not always take away the pain 100% but does make it easier to move around. It has a cooling affect. The smell is pleasant and not strong, so others don't recognize a "muscle cream smell".

I have not had any redness or irritation reaction to this product. I also notice that it causes a deep tingling sensation, similar to bengay, but lasts longer and is more penetrating than other products. The menthol is very soothing.
