I apply it before and during the sore days, and I am so impressed with how much better I feel! It is almost instant relief. I am so grateful this actually worked and I love the smell.

It is effective upon application but the relief is too short lived as far as I’m concerned. I appreciate the roll-on applicator much more since I do not have to touch the product as in the past with the “gel” .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biofreeze is an interesting product. I thought I’d try it since I seem to have a lot of aches and pains. I have sore knees, I’m always in my feet so they hurt a lot. The Biofreeze has a nice cool feeling which helps make my aches feel better, for a short time. I like that this is a roll on, I don’t have to get my hands messy and they don’t smell like the “medicine.” I’m not a real fan of the smell.

It works quickly, better than other creams or ointments I have tried in the past. It isn't messy and absorbs quickly into the skin for pain relief. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wake up most mornings stiff and sore but there are days when it feels worse than others. Having the biofreeze helps. It helps to loosen up the muscles and not make them so sore. I use it mainly on my lower back and knees, as these places are the most common sore areas for me. It works for a short time but it's enough time to work out some of the stiffness from being in one position for a long period. As far as the bottle, I feel it's a lot of product for such a little bottle so the value is great. It's also easy to open so for those who have a lot of hand pain or issues, I feel this would be easy to open once the seal is broken. It's easy to apply as you just roll it across the affected area. It works in minutes. It does have a powerful scent and can give off a burning sensation when applied to more sensitive areas such as the back of knees or neck area. I definitely wouldn't get this close to the face. All in all I feel like it's a great product and you get a lot. Would definitely recommend!

Then no Mathis much i wash My hands or how long it’s been I can not touch anything, especially my eyes or face or it burns. I just Do not like using my hands to apply. So this is a lifesaver. It helps pain and muscle hurting but you just roll it on. I have Lupus and my joints always hurt. I really Enjoy this roller. I can Just keep it in my purse.
