I roller ball is hard to apply on the skin. It also is very thick and it will leave you skin filling a little sticky. It works but the leaving my skin filling sticky just does not work for me. I would recommend but I will also tell the part I don't like about.

It works well and alleviates the pain temporary for quick relief. One of the thing I didn’t like about the old style was that I had to wash my hands after putting it on cause I didn’t like the product on my hands.
