I love the classic green gel but sometimes I find it hard to apply it to certain areas or it slides out of my hand. But with this roll-on it makes applying quick and painless. And you don’t have to worry about getting it on your hands and accidentally touching anywhere else with it. Bc that’s always an uncomfortable situation. So glad I decided to try this BioFreeze Roll-on for my every day aches and pains.

Went on cool and then turned a warming sensation. It did have a bit of odor to it. Loved the roll on tube, especially for someone who wear contacts.

It makes applying it easy and keeps your hands clean. If menthol works for you, this would be a good choice.

The thing I use it for most is the back of my neck and shoulders as that pain seems to trigger my migraines. Once I put this one it takes the pain away, but best of all it keeps it away from the rest of the day. I do not have to keep reapplying it over and over. It works for charlie horses too which I really appreciate as I get them quite frequently from playing basketball with my kids.

And if you've tried the squeeze out kind you know that even after you try to wash your hands it still lingers. It smells strongly of almost vicks mixed with spearmint, but works to help relax sore muscles.
