The rollerball top applies the ointment smoothly and then leaves a nice tingly feeling to the skin. It does help with minor pains and aches, the cooling sensation seems to subside any aches a bit.

In conjunction with an anti-inflammatory this is a great painkiller or attacker. It doesn’t have a noxious smell the packaging is nice and sleek you can stick it in your purse.
