My husband and I both have lower back pain so we've been using it since we received it. It rolls on which is convenient; no sticky mess on your hands. And it goes on cool, which feels nice. The menthol in this is very strong so the smell is strong, however it really works very well. I would recommend putting this on at night before bed so you don't smell like a medicine cabinet during the day. Highly recommend this product.

The rollerball top applies the ointment smoothly and then leaves a nice tingly feeling to the skin. It does help with minor pains and aches, the cooling sensation seems to subside any aches a bit.

In conjunction with an anti-inflammatory this is a great painkiller or attacker. It doesn’t have a noxious smell the packaging is nice and sleek you can stick it in your purse. And I am really glad I purchased it it helps with my arthritic pain in my knuckles and on my knees. My husband was recently in a car accident and his back was having lotta issues and I put this on and it did give him some relief

I love the menthol scent and pain relief is genuine and fast. Almost like applying a delicious cough drop to pain on your body. It works. My pain is gone.
