Now with the Biofreeze roll-on, I can keep my hands clean! It's the same great stuff, just an easier application. Less mess is a great thing!! Love it!!

So we are always looking for an alternative. The roll on biofreeze was a good choice for a quick relief. The only complaint he had was the pain would return within 30 minutes, so he was constantly having to use it. I would recommend this for minor muscle issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a car accident a few months ago and since then I've had some issues with my wrist. I'm attending physical therapy, but there are days where my wrist is in pain and needs some help. This was good at helping to lessen the pain. Though I shook the bottle, I still had a lot of clumpy product stuck to the roller which then transferred to my wrist. It ended up staining my skin green until I had a chance to wash it off (it was also unsightly, thankfully I was only at home for the day). The package states that the smell goes away, but it's more that it lessens. I found that the medicinal scent never truly dissipated, but it was significantly faint compared to the initial application (likely only noticeable if you're near the actual body part it was applied to).

It's very convenient and of course less messy when applying it, since it eliminates the need to spread it with your hands. However, I am disappointed that it doesn't last as long as the original formula. I think the roll-on is a bit watered-down, which would make sense in order for it to be in the roll-on form. It works, but only for a short time.

It lasts longer than anything else I’ve tried. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from pain and wants some instant relief. The cooling sensation lasts awhile and it’s not super potent if you have a sensitive nose. I prefer the roll on versus using a patch.
