[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good product for aches and pains including deep tissue relief . I LOVE the roll-on feature to keep my hands clean. The menthol scent is strong but easy to forgive since it does the job. I have used this on my sore/stiff neck several times. I have a toddler who loves to sleep on me and has no sense of personal space so I often wake up with a sore neck/shoulder. The gel goes on pretty clear, has a slight blue-green tint but has never left any color on my clothing. The cooling sensation is not as drastic or noticeable as other products but the pain did go away and stay away. Nice compact leakproof bottle, easy to pack in a bag or purse.

Helps to put it on this way and not have to touch the gel unless you rub it in after rolling it on. It has a nice but not over bearing scent. You feel the slight heat and coolness and you can feel it working. Its a good product and it works well.

I really love that it is a roll on. One nice feature is that it rolls on green so you can easily tell where you have rolled it on at. It is great for sore muscles, and helps to relieve pain.

I was skeptical about how a little roll on would help all the work related aches and pains I've accumulated but man, this stuff is gold! I use it on my neck, my back, my legs, even the bottoms of my feet! It is really cold for a few minutes but after that I feel so relaxed and refreshed. It's definitely going to be awesome to use in the summer to cool down.

It has a little bit of a smell but it is not terrible. I was having neck pain and within minutes it felt better. The freezing sensation lasts a really long time. Felt great!

She found it more effective than I and perhaps it is because it soothes muscles more than back issues, which could be more nerve related. The cooling feature is very potent but for my back issues, it was more of a distracting sensation rather than a soothing one. Again, this could be a result of not being an appropriate product for nerve issues like sciatica and more for soothing sore muscles, which would be why my wife found it to ease her pain.
