Instead its a roll, so once the pain hits me I just rub it on the affected area. Once I felt pain in my arm, the roll on stated working right away. First I felt the pain then out of no where the coolness from the roll on was activated. It help ease the pain I was feeling in my shoulder. This is a good buy

I have found biofreeze products are the best out there, superior to the well-known 's-pas' (can I say that?) products. this little roll-on is so convenient. I keep it in my purse and use daily before putting my knee sleeves on. not greasy, dries fast, and provides immediate pain relief. would recommend biofreeze products to anyone with painful muscles or joints, can't do without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediate pain relief! This product truly relieves the pain quickly and easily. Just roll it on and relax. I experience muscle spasms in my calves that leave them quite sore and this eases that soreness quickly and last for a couple of hours. It has a very strong menthol smell when applied but that does fade after about 15 to 20 minutes.
