Having it in a roll-on format is so much better! It's the same powerful cooling relief that really helps my sore muscles, without all the hassle. It's easy to throw in my purse and take on the go. It stays cool for a long time and provides a lot of pain relief.

Very soothing. I do notice that it lasts a long time. This is one of my favorite bio freeze is as it is a roll-on and it doesn’t get on your hands.

And it doesn't leave *such a strong* overwhelming scent like icy hot does. Only reason I gave it a 4 from 5 was because I felt like it was a very watery texture so give or take depending how and when it's used it not a big issue but maybe to some? ... anyway it doesn't its job and the cooling effect and pain relief lasts a while!

It doesn’t smell , unlike Ben Gay that I used to use. This is small and convenient to take with me in my purse. I would absolutely recommend this product!

I also used it on a pulled muscle after running and it provided some temporary relief. I think it is good to use while waiting for oral pain medication to take effect.

My right arm and shoulder has been hurting lately and this really helps with the pain level. It works almost immediately. There is a very strong menthol smell but I don't mind that. I would highly recommend this product.
