Then within minutes the soreness of my elbow disappeared. It was great. Also this size fits in my purse, ready for use. No spillage or leakage.

The light green coloring is excellent for identifying exactly where you've applied the gel. In addition, the relief provided by the gel is fantastic! I personally prefer the roll-on applicator compared to the gel tube. No muss, no fuss!

Only problem I had was when I rolled it out on my foot, lumps of green stuff was all over the roller. So I read the directions again and on the side of the label it says to shake well, you would think it would be the first thing in the directions to read. Another problems was my puppy wanted to lick my foot, so I had to hold my feet up in the air so she couldn't get them.. lol It has an alcohol smell to it. But it did take the pain away.

It is completely hands free and I can carry it in my gym bag very easily. I also put it in my purse from time to time if I know I will need it while I am out.

If it weren’t for that I’d probably give it a five star review. It isn’t a bad feeling but I’d prefer it to not feel that way. But this really would be a great item to have on hand for sore muscles or back pain or etc. It’s better than popping an ibuprofen.
