I am not really sure if it was the fresh effect that made me forget about my pain or if it really works, but I will keep using it.

I am very active, I workout 5 days a week, which often leads to sore and fatigued muscles. This takes some of the pain and discomfort away. The main ingredient is menthol, which does have somewhat of a strong odor if you don’t like products that are strong. I however don’t mind the smell at all. It is a roll on product, so easy mess free application without the sticky hands or the risk of rubbing in your eyes. It dries quickly and doesn’t feel sticky on the skin. This product works very fast and does last for a couple of hours. It is safe for children over age two, and I have used on my son for his sore muscles. It works great, works fast, and is very effective.

My wife applies this gel and in a moment, as I am resting my back, the pain starts to subside. One of the things I like about this is the packaging. The gel is applied via a roller. Kind of like the deodorant roll on. This keeps the gel off your fingers or hand while rubbing it in.

But for an active person who works out and has muscle pain this would do the trick. It has a menthol tingling sensation when applied to the area.
