My pain relief was almost instant. Although it's a temporary fix I feel like this is a great product to use for mild aches and pains. The roll on format is convenient and easy to use.

The arthritis is not so much on my hands but is deep inside the joints on my shoulders. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can’t get out of bed. When Biofreeze penetrates my skin, it seems to target the pain in a way no other pain relief ointments or other forms of medication does. It is so hard to find products that actually do what it claims. The bottom line is Biofreeze actually works.

It contains menthol which I was concerned would have a strong scent but the scent vanishes quickly so not an issue. Pain relief was quick and ling lasting too.

I absolutely love this because it doesn't get my hands all greasy and I won't have to worry about not touching my eyes. The menthol is pretty potent the vapors were bothering my eyes at time even though it was on my elbow and shoulder lol. It went to work fast the cooling helped the inflammation then relieved the pain an the next day I was fine no more aching. This is huge because normally I have to apply stuff all day and take ibuprofen but for this to work on its own an I don't have to take extra meds is so helpful. I will be buying this for now on. I definitely recommend this to people who get flare ups from arthritis an joint pain.

Once you glide the roll ball on your painful areas, it gives you that cooling menthol sensation. It does help ease the pain to make it more tolerable. It won’t completely take the pain away if your a chronic pain suffer. Just helps you cope with your pain to be able to get things done. I like that I don’t have to put on my hands and get it all over. I just put where it hurts and let it do it’s thing. It’s an easy product to use and I will continue to for quick relief.
