The roll-on makes applying mess free, it applies as an invisible gel that quickly penetrates they skin and targeting pain. I have horrible joint pain in my hands and this started working within minutes to soothe away the ache and stiffness. Sometimes you dont always have access to a sink to wash your hands after applying the gel but with the rollon, that is no longer an issue! Glides on easily. Does the job it's supposed to do and it's mess free. What more do you want?

Which means you don't have to touch the product. You just roll it on and wait till it dries. The roller ball goes over and gets into the contours of the area easily. The product does have a scent but it fades away which is nice. It provides a coming effect which also feels good. Will definitely buy in the future
