[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of shoulder and arm pain due to arthritis.I’ve tried several different products to try to help with the pain. I recently tried this roll on pain relief gel by Biofreeze and it absolutely does help with the arm pain! The active ingredient is Menthol USP 4%. It provides temporary relief from minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, strains and sprains. For adults and children 2 years and older. Roll is thin film on the affected area. I love the roll on application and you don’t even have to rub the medication in. You can use it up to 4 times a day. It actually does seem to freeze the pain away! This is now my go to pain relief roll on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bio freeze products but this is by far one of the easiest applications of the product. I often get lower back pain from working my job and I will roll this product on, let it dry, and it works like a charm. I can feel the results instantly. I also enjoy the smell. It might be strong for some people but it is very comparable to other products on the market.

Went on cool and then turned a warming sensation. It did have a bit of odor to it. Loved the roll on tube, especially for someone who wear contacts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son fell off his bike and had a small bruise. I immediately applied this and the pain was instantly gone. I would recommend this all household with kids that are prone to scraps and bruises. Add this to your first aid kit for sure.

I hate having to take pills, and I have tried a lot of stinky creams or patches that seem to burn more than help. Biofreeze roll on has been a godsend! I just roll it on areas that are sore and I instantly get that cool tingly feeling. The relief from the cold seems to last a very long time. The container is so convenient I just throw it in my gym bag and dont have to worry about spills. It also does not have that awful smell like other creams out there so you don't have to worry about thinking people can smell it on you. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this Roll-On to be frustrating. It didn't glide very well on the skin and felt more like it was rubbing the skin. The roller ball was not rolling very well at all and the product that did come out had to be rubbed in by hand. This makes the roller ball pointless. The liquid product itself was somewhat effective at pain relief, though it didn't last very long. I also do not like certain ingredients that are in this product: Blue 1 (dye), Yellow 5 (dye), Carbomer, Isopropyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, and Triethanolamine. I do not recommend this product.
