I have not had any redness or irritation reaction to this product. I also notice that it causes a deep tingling sensation, similar to bengay, but lasts longer and is more penetrating than other products. The menthol is very soothing.

It allows the consumer to massage the biofreeze into different areas. I really enjoy it. The only problem is, the more you roll the more product is distributed onto the skin.

I did feel some relief from my pain from the application of it and having it massaged into my skin. I also love that it’s a roll-on. It makes the application so easy.

It gives me temporay relief to small aches and pains from arthritis. It's not a fix but it sure gives me that feeling of some discomfort and I can apply it when ever I want with out a strong smell that is obvious other brands. I would recommend it to my friends.

Easy to apply in its roll-on style, you can take it with you everywhere, with the smell of mint, you feel how your skin absorbs quickly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this one I found to be a little messy but it is very effective once you applied to the area that you needed relief at. it does last up to 6-8 hours before you would need to reapplied if nesseary but for me I rather not use a gel or cream that is messy

I have arthritis in my knees and Biofreeze is the only relief I can get instantly. I roll it on the front and back of knees and pain is gone. My son uses it religiously on his back and loves it. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The roll-on applicator makes for a mess-free application, so this may be more convenient to use compared to creams and gels. My dad was in a car accident almost two months ago and relied on pain relief patches and creams to deal with the resulting pain. I always hate the lingering smell of menthol, so I was glad I could apply this on my dad's back without having the residual smell on my hands. Overall, it did help lessen the pain, but my dad still prefers using patches over this roll-on gel. Says the patches lessen the pain for a bit longer.
