It's wasn't sticky or bad smell like a lot of Arthritis meds. I love the way you just roll it on. I been using it everyday, it helps with the pain

I used to use Icy Hot, after trying Bio a few years ago it’s my go to. I probably use it way to much but it gives the best relief to my left shoulder. BioFreeze is a basic need in our home. I purchased Biofreeze Pain Relief roll-on and it provides me relief, warmth and a mini massage with each application. I like the roll on method because the product gets applied to the affected area, not all over your hands. The three ounce bottle makes it easy to carry with you and again the application is effortless.

I rolled this on my back. It does have a smell to it. Nothing bad. I used it 2times a day. It is cool when put on the skin. It did not help my pain in my back though. It is so bad my pain do for me this did not help me.

It feels great going on; with the menthol in it you can almost feel it working. It's lasted me for some time per application and has eased away my aches so that I can get some work done. This will be in my family's cache of OTC pain relief!

I’d rather take this as a pain reliever than the pill form. The relief Is pretty immediate. It does have a mental type scent but I can overlook that for some pain relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works well! It does relieve pain and goes on easily. The smell is tolerable as well. I used it on my back for muscle pain, as well as, on my Achilles’ tendon. The roll on works best when held straight up and down. It doesn’t work as well when tipped at all. I would definitely buy this again.
