[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard good things about the gel form of biofreeze, so I was very excited to try the roll-on. I have dealt with sciatica for about ten years, so this came at the right time, being that I was in the middle of having a flare-up. As I rolled it over the area of my lower back, the cooling sensation was the first thing I noticed. After about five minutes the area started to become a bit numb, but I was still able to feel the stabbing pain from my sciatic nerve. In summary it’s ok for mild to moderate pain symptoms.

I can roll it on any part of my body that has pain which is great. I can take it everywhere i go including in my car. Easy to store.

This really helped and it's so easy to use being a roll on. The scent of it is pleasing too. I have used this in all its forms and I prefer the roll on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an avid jogger, I frequently suffer from muscle soreness and back pain from constant pavement pounding. This Biofreeze offers hands-free application directly to the skin via a roller ball and the cooling menthol formula goes on easily and quickly for fast pain relief. It is hot, it is cold, it is stingy, and it is tingly, but they all work together subtly to massage the pain away. It is an odd sensation, but a good sensation. I like that it comes in a big full 2.5 oz size roll-on bottle. This way I feel more inclined to apply liberally, making it cover more area and be more effective. It does have a very strong smell at first but that quickly dissipates. I also wish it was a longer lasting formula.

I rolled the product onto my knee, waited till it dried and stood up. There was no change at all. I waited up to 10 minutes and there still was no change. I never felt any relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why didn’t someone think of this idea before? Everything I love about Biofreeze is now in a super convenient roll-on. The smell is still a bit over powering but I do t mind it. It’s just a medicinal smell that most pain creams have. The difference now is that your fingers don’t smell like this after you put it on. I used this right away on a pain in my shoulder and it’s still the same great formula! This will be my new go-to for pain relief.
