It gives me temporay relief to small aches and pains from arthritis. It's not a fix but it sure gives me that feeling of some discomfort and I can apply it when ever I want with out a strong smell that is obvious other brands. I would recommend it to my friends.

The tube is nice, but it has always been a bit of a problem to get it all over my hands, because it does deliver an icy hot feeling that is great on the area that needs it, but a mess for hands, and don't even rub your eyes if it's not washed off!! With this new roll on biofreeze I can apply it right to the area I need to and keep it off of my hands! It is cool and refreshing, but delivers heat to sore inflamed muscles. I have not found anything that works better! It's a great product!

I was skeptical about how a little roll on would help all the work related aches and pains I've accumulated but man, this stuff is gold! I use it on my neck, my back, my legs, even the bottoms of my feet! It is really cold for a few minutes but after that I feel so relaxed and refreshed. It's definitely going to be awesome to use in the summer to cool down.
