Goes on easy and does not feel sticky at all, which I love cause I hate sticky things. Used it when all of a sudden I was feeling pain in my calf muscle and it worked! There is no product on your hands so it keeps to the affected area. With the roll on bottle it you put it exactly where the pain is and go. Convenience is key and I'm happy with the end result.

So with the new "roll on" that little problem has been solved. This stuff works really well and has a nice menthol scent. Not too over powering. I use it when my shoulder or back acts up from working out too rigorously. It has such a soothing affect as soon as you put it on you feel it working!

I find it easy to apply and I don't have to really "rub it in" like with the normal lotion (unless I want to). It's handy for quick applications when you don't want to get your hands messy.
