The Biofreeze Pain Relief was recommended to me by my brother, this product works great, finally, a complete nights sleep. I mainly use it on the small of my back, works fast. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is into any sports or activities that cause sore muscles or muscle pain.

It does have a very strong smell, but is not extremely overpowering. I do like that I do not have to put any on my hands and can just roll it on, it makes it much more convenient and less messy to apply.

It rolled on easily with no mess and only took a few mins to dry. I love how it’s convenient enough I can throw in my purse to use on the go as needed as well. Once you glide the roll ball on your painful areas, it gives you that cooling menthol sensation. It does help ease the pain to make it more tolerable. It won’t completely take the pain away if your a chronic pain suffer. Just helps you cope with your pain to be able to get things done. I like that I don’t have to put on my hands and get it all over. I just put where it hurts and let it do it’s thing. It’s an easy product to use and I will continue to for quick relief.
