I've used on my knees for minor pain, Used on my feet when they hurt from too much exercise. The other day I had a bump on my arm and rolled it on area so far works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Biofreeze Pain Relief Roll-on the other day. It has a pleasant odor. I tried it on my shoulder. It has a cooling effect and was fast acting, the scent does fade over a short time. My shoulder seemed to move more comfortably and didn’t ache for quite some time. The directions do say you can use it up to 4 times a day. I am very happy with it.

He’s tried many other topical applications and he prefers this one for its speed, better smell (not as strong), and efficacy. It works fast, and the soreness feels much better for longer. I found the concept of having a roll-on container exciting, and very convenient. It has proven to be so handle and mess"less" to have this roll-on with me at all times. I don't have to worry about having the liquid on my hands, and possibly getting it into my eyes, and it is so nice to be able to carry it in my purse or work bag. I can't emphasize it enough: You have to try this form of Biofreeze. You will love it, I know you will.

I typically get migraines, so it didn't completely erase the pain, which is understandable. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the scent. But overall, this seems like a pretty good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got a ankle pain ,but not from any injury , as i cannot sit for longer on that ankle downside, it starts discomforting alot so i get this biofreeze pain relief roll on -green, i thought it can easy to apply and give more comfort to my pain but it just numb the portion for few minutes and nothing elses so i am not satisfied with this high end pain relief.

The ease of roll-on allows your hands to remain free of the smell when being applied. Biofreeze does bring a soothing relief for muscle pains. The Menthol smell is strong and it does get somewhat clumpy on the roll top after application.
