My neck hurts due to spondylitis and this is the closest that has come to relieving it! The only thing I can say that is sort of an issue is the cold blast from the spray really gets my attention. Man it is cold! Well. this roll on solves that. It works exactly the same as the spray but doesn't put me into momentary shock. It comes in a small sized container which I can easily carry with me when needed. I couldn't be happier with this product.
