I often wake up with lower back pain in the morning and I have tried allot of different products nothing has come close to this roll on pain relief it really is easy to use and offers allot of pain relief. I also used it on my legs after an intense workout my legs were in pain the next day so I reached for this and it truly helped so much. I love that the product is so easy to use and apply. The cool sensation if provides penetrates my low back area and the pain is gone for several hours. I usually apply it about two times a day and my pain does not return.

I also try to exercise to relieve my joint pain and wind up with Muscle aches! This roll on relieves and eases much of my pain. It great that it can be applied anytime and easily directly in the problem area.

And the bottle is compact enough that I could take it with me. Within about 5 min I could feel the icy relief which lasted for about a full hour. It does have a menthol smell which I expected but I found that the smell went away during the day, which was nice.

I use this for joint pain in my knees and for lower back pain relief. The menthol scent in this product is not too overwhelming. Pain relief is fairly immediate.
