[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate using Biofreeze roll-on pain relief, green It is easy for me to put in on myself with only a few spots hard to reach on my lower back. It comes out very easily, and the roller ball turns fine every time, giving an even distrubution. The relief is close to immediate.For first timers, it's good to know it has a point where it feels almost hot, rather than icy. As that sensation passes, the relief sets in and lasts for a decent amount of time for a topical relief. I'dsay around 5 hours minimum. I used for lower back pain strain and a shoulder injury I am still healing from. I am going to purchase more when the one I have runs out.

No more having to smear it on the cream with using the roll on Biofreeze! This fits nicely in my purse so I can use it on the go. I don't have to worry about napkins to wipe off remaining from my fingers, which means not getting it on my glasses. I love it and will definitely buy it again.

The roller ball makes it so easy to apply the product and gently massage the area at the same time. You can even dig in a bit for a more penetrating application to help break up the soreness. It goes on cool and starts to work immediately! And it has a wonderful winter green smell.

I'll have to have my wife apply the gel, but I'll be able to apply the roll-on. It works wonderfully on the back of my neck, as well. I don't like how the gel stays to my clothes if I'm in a rush and can't wait for it to dry. This is an excellent product. I wish it was a prescription because my insurance would cover it. However, I believe it is well worth the money.

It takes away the mess of applying with your hands. Also the cap stays on so it’s easy to stick into a gym bag or other bag. Very convenient and portable.
